First off I d like to state that he seem to know his stuff and was knowledgeable. But doesn t know how to run a business. I called Bill to get a quote and he was at my house and was suppose to give me a quote after he left. But he never called. Week goes by and I called. He doesn t have anything for me and said he was never here. So he comes out again the next day. Only thing he really cares to speak about was how busy he is and he can t get out here till October to do the work. Ok Bill, I get it. You re busy and you don t need my business. He gives me a quote - $200 for stump removal and $900 to trim a tree. I said ok see you in October. Well I called him again to ask some questions and he never answers his phone. Can t leave him a VM because it s always full. Sent him multiple text messages. Never responded. Finally I ve had enough. Called someone else. They came out quick ans give me a quote. Work was done within 3 weeks. They removed the stump for $75 and trimmed tree for $250. Talk about a price difference. Don t waste your time with this business. Over charges!l And good luck trying to get him to answer the phone.

i recommend Bills highly. They are so busy you may have to wait a while because they are so busy, but its worth the wait. The price was about as I expected and the work was exceptional. The ccrew did a beautiful job and the , the yard was probably cleaner than it was before Icleanup after was perfect.

I understand that Bill s tree service is blessed to be busy and he has no time to do the work for many, many months. Honesty is greatly appreciated! But this guy will NOT answer his phone, and there is no voicemail! Extremely disappointed if Bill s Tree Service is so busy & blessed with business, a quick courtesy message on the business voice mail stating that he is no longer taking clients? (for example) until a certain month in 2022 would be advised!

I had a quote in September, and was told they would be there first part of November. He arrived on the 16th and removed one big tree stump removal plus some debris and earthwork cleanup, also trimmed another tree and was done in 2 days. I was happy with the work and was told not to pay until I was happy. Job well done, thank you.

Starting from the estemate to the stump removal,very professional, answered all questions and all the workers were very experienced,hard workers and did a top notch Job.l would recommend for anyone who needs work done to their trees.

This service was absolutely amazing, I had almost a whole tree fall on top of my house after the strom, lucky no one got hurt. Bill is the contractor everyone wants. He provided a quote upon inspection of the project, provided a time frame in which to complete the project(which he was able to beat by one week), and performed the work precisely as we had discussed. Past that, the work area was potentially cleaner than when he started. I look forward to using his crew again in the future.

I had them come after a storm. A large tree required removal and another large tree needed trimming. Their access was very limited. They were very careful and did a very nice job. They removed all of the trimmings and also cleaned off my roof. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

I have called three times to talk with someone about getting a tree trimmed (estimate). There is no answer and the mailbox is full. Very poor business. I do not recommend, spend your money elsewhere.

Bills tree service was excellent. Did a great job on our trees. They also did a great job of cleaning up the area. Will definitely use them again.

During a wind and thunder storm this past Sunday night, a very large tree branch from a tree out front broke off and landed in the front yard and partially on the house. I called Bill s Tree Service around 9:30 Monday morning, and Bill showed up at 11:45am to provide my free quote. The rest of his team arrived at 12:30 and removed the entire branch, trimmed the rest of the tree as well as another tree that was threatening to damage the house, and removed all of the leaves in the front yard by 4 pm. Bill was very friendly, professional, and was able to mobilize his team quickly. It was such a relief to have the tree removed by the end of the day, and I really appreciate the work Bill s Tree Service provided. I would definitely recommend this business and will seek out their services in the future!

Bill came over and walked around our property with me. He explained what needed to be worked on and why. He also gave great advice on what we could do on our own to help our trees. There was no pressure. We had them trim 11 trees and they did a great job, leaving no mess behind. Will definitely use again.

We used Bills to take out a large pine tree and do some difficult trimming of another one this spring. Bills prices were very fair but, more importantly, he didnt committ to timelines he couldnt meet. Every time he told me he would be here, he either met or exceeded that expectation. I would use him again and highly recommend the company.

Bill s team did a wonderful job at our house. We had a giant Cotton Wood that needed to be removed close to our home and garage. It was a technical job and the tree was removed as Bill said it would be. They were punctual, stuck by their quote, and left the yard cleaned up nicely! Highly recommend!

Quite simply they are a company who does what they say when they say they will do it. So many contractors fail on these two things. Have used Bills Tree Service twice and could not be more satisfied with their work.

SCAM!! He said I had to give him $200.00 first. Then he would come back and do the job. I needed 2 big trees removed. He kept my money and didnt do the job. I called him to see what was up. He said he couldnt do it. He was busy. I said then I need my money back if you cant do it. He said, Im sorry but the $200.00 is nonrefundable. SCAM!!!!

We are so pleased! 14 trees cut down and hauled away! They even raked the debris off the snow! From estimate to payment, totally professional! Even our neighbors thanked us for using such a professional company! We had several estimates and Bills was by far the best value?

Bill came out because I had a large branch dangling over my house. I very tricky job that I needed done before a storm hit. He came out the same day and took care of it. The tree and my yard have never looked better. His prices are extremely fair and I plan to use him again, and would recommend him to everybody I know.
