Where do I start with this company? I hired them after I got assurances that they would help me get on top of some problem weed areas in my yard and would work with me to get things going in the right direction. The first treatment was applied on time with grub control. The grub control might as well have been water for as well as it worked. Also, after only two or three weeks weeds that they had sprayed were coming back. I was then told that they could only spray every 5 weeks even though that's not what I was told when they were hired. Now for the second treatment we have been waiting almost 7 weeks. This is after calling them three times and being told they would get right to our lawn...... but nobody arrives. Now when we get in touch with their office this week they say they haven't sprayed because they didn't get our payment. The problem is they never left us a bill for us to pay (we actually even called one other time to ask where a bill was). They admitted today, when on the phone after their office manager actually talked to their tech, that they never left us a bill. Needless to say my yard is a mess. Weeds are back everywhere and I am in a major battle against the moles. So in summary: this company is unresponsive, unprofessional and really do not seem to care about small private, jobs. They just are not good at communicating among themselves or especially with their customers. The hassle and stress that this has caused just not worth it, I will go back to doing my lawn myself.

The lady I spoke with that answered was very rude and snappy. Proceeded to argue with me about what I was told the first time I had contacted them. If that's the 2nd experience with them I don't think I will have a 3rd.

We have uses them for a couple of years now. They do an awesome job.

Great applications and all, just didn’t show punctuality and went to doing it myself. Wish I could give them a second chance but after no return calls I gave up…..

For 15 years I have prided myself in doing my own lawn care. This year I finally gave up and sought help from Jay-Lan. The price that they charge versus the amount of money I spent on my own sprays, fertilizer and weed killer is far less than doing all of the work myself! Not to mention my precious time. My lawn is green, beautiful and thick... it is truly the best it has looked after 15 years of hard labor pulling weeds by hand.... use this company.... they are amazing!
