Contracted with Augusta for seasonal yard clean up and specifically asked for Leaf and I have pine trees that drop cones, for all to be cleaned up on the whole property. 1) they came out and looked at the property 2) gave a quote 3) we have dogs which mean dog poop 4) not a problem if they don’t want to deal with the dog poop, let me know what day you are going to be there and i will clean itt up. 5) they say nothing and show up a day and do not get all the leaves nor do they do a really great clean up of perennials. NONe of the leaves and debris outside the fenced area are touched and To top it off …. The dog poop is flung all Over the place including all over my white fence instead of just telling me to have it picked up. So now I have bet out cleaning all Ok of that up and I have to clean up the yard again cause they got about 75% of leaves. I have a small yard compared to most and it paid 371.00

Update: some frustration with clippings on the lawn left behind and edging not done right. Hopefully they’re able to correct this. Augusta is new to us for lawn care (mowing). They did a great job! They were responsive to my emails and very friendly. If the level of service stays like this, I'll bump to 5 stars.
The gentleman, I think his name was Pascual, was awesome. Very kind and very hard worker. I would recommend this company to everyone and I will be using them again in the future.

Augusta Landscaping responded promptly to my phone call and responded with a fair bid for the work I needed completed. The job was scheduled promptly and I am very pleased the the results. Last Fall my son and I had put down a truckload of new dirt to level the yard. I failed to check the weather, or take the incline of the yard into account, and Mother Nature promptly washed a good amount of dirt into the alley. A retaining wall was needed. First, Pasquel (sp) was quick to set up a time to come by and evaluate my need, and offer a few different options. Once I accepted the estimate he called with an estimated start date, and followed up again to confirm the day. His communication and expertise as we brainstormed together were greatly appreciated. Second, Ari and Austine who came and did the work were PHENOMENAL! From letting me know when theyd be on my property to the fact that their customer service extended to my neighbor! I learned after they left that they went to her before they started, concerned about being in her way or blocking her in. THAT kind of kindness, consideration and the all around GREAT communication is 5-star worthy on its own. BUT, their work was ALSO phenomenal, fluid and flawless. Based on previous reviews I had an expectation that they would clean up after themselves. So my hope was that the coming rain would hold off until they were gone and I could salvage the dirt in the alley before it became mud. I was so in awe of the finished wall and busy thanking them repeatedly, that I missed the fact that they didnt leave the place as they found it. They left it far above and beyond the way they found it. I couldnt find dirt to be salvaged in that alley if my life depended on it! All I had to do was continue admiring their work. Since I now know their work and work ethic, I hope Ari and Austine will be available for the future project Pasquel and I had discussed. Until then, Ive decided to call the company tomorrow for lawn care this summer. It makes sense since theyll be next door maintaining my neighbors lawn anyway. :-) We were both VERY impressed.
