I used their housekeeping service and was so happy with the results. They came early and had a four person crew. They came in and cleared the place out of all the garbage quickly then got everything wiped down well.

CONTRCATOR PRACTIVING IN BAD FAITH, BEWARE!!! Tried to charge me over double of my signed estimate after the fact. Read below for more information. After this experience I will never work with this company again and they should know this is unacceptable, especially being in business as long as they have. I hired J & V landscaping to do some yard clean up and landscaping. After speaking on the phone, I asked Jose to come out to the site to view it and to be able to provide an accurate estimate of the scope of work I was wanting done. He provided an onsite estimate of 1.3K, which I was fine with. Later I receiving the official estimate of 1.5K which I accepted and hired J & V Landscaping to do the work. The quality of work was fine and the crew finished the work in a day (which was the original estimated timeline), leaving without saying anything to me. 3 days later I receive a call from Jose about the invoice of the project and saying things took longer than expected and the totally was actually closer to 3.5k. I told him this is unacceptable and that I will not be paying 3.5K for something I was originally told would cost 1.5K. He asked if I could pay 2.5K which I still told him no. If I knew the project was going to cost that much I would have never hired them. We agreed on 1.6K but I still cant help to feel as this is a shake down. If you hire J & V Landscaping be prepared to have them pull a bait and switch and try to overcharge you significantly. *If this review is taken down I will continue to repost to inform others*

I was at my wits end. The trees in our yard dropped their leaves all at once. I began raking at 6:00 A.M. My husband is not able to rake. He posted on FB that I needed help with removal of big piles of leaves which stretched on one side of our double lot. Providence intervened! Just wanted to say what a wonderful job J&V landscaping did. After this last snow storm our entire driveway with my cars were totally inaccessible and buried. Team showed up even though I knew that had a long day, worked together to totally plow up my entire driveway pull my husbands car out of the alley where he was stuck and cleared the sidewalks. Lifesavers.

Jose and crew did an excellent job with pushing snow on the driveway and shoveling the sidewalk. Thanks to them I will be able to get out of the driveway. Worth every penny!!

Guillermo and his team are highly responsive and they do excellent work. They are also flexible with our unique snow removal and housekeeping needs, which we have greatly appreciated. Five-stars!

Called for an estimate to have sod installed in my front yard. They came out right away and got an estimate for me. Within a week, they were there ripping out the old grass and prepping the ground for sod. Sod was installed the next day and two weeks later, the yard looks awesome! I will definately use them again for other projects that I have planned around my house.

Jose and his crew were very professional, always pleasant and hardworking. They did a great job restoring my yard to its former beauty by trimming shrub, removing dead bushes, outlining flower beds with brick and replenishing mulch. I highly recommend them.

Just had them do housekeeping! Loved their extra touches! Like walking into a new, clean hotel room. Towels and tp professionals done up! Showers smelled clean, but not strong or overbearing. Garbage cans were emptied and replaced with new bags. Stove glasstop and mirrors were spotless and not streaked or smeared. Very happy with their work! Highly recommend them!

Project took only 2 days and came in under the estimate. Two large areas cleaned and filled with landscaping rock and a large tree taken down. Guys were friendly and very helpful.

Jose and his team did an outstanding job building a retaining in the front and on the side of our house. He actually came out to the house two separate times to meet with my wife and I before securing the job. Prompt, pleasant, friendly, both times, shared great ideas so we knew exactly what we wanted is what we were getting. Our project was 3 days long and the crew was here on time every day and even stayed late to speed the project along. These guys know what they are doing and the finished product is excellent!

We had JV landscaping redo our front landscaping. They listened to what we wanted. Something simple and low maintenance. They delivered 100%. They were very quick and professional. The following year I had them mow toward the end of the season. They took extra time to ensure yard was spotless. They offered gutter cleaning and fall clean up. Fall clean up involved cleaning out flower beds and removing all leaves. They again were very professional and yard never looked better. I would highly recommend!
