Skip this business if you're searching for honest and reliable landscaping service. After we lifted our jaws off the floor upon being given the quote we told them we wanted only one level instead of two levels done, assuming it would be half the quote. The bill arrived after their employee worked for merely 45 minutes installing the slab. We were charged MUCH more than half the quote! We will NEVER use this company again. We suggest the same for you.

This is from a master gardener who uses landscapers only for the big stuff.- Over multiple jobs over the years. Coughlin Landscaping is consistently on time, very professional, and true to bid. Highly recommended.

They did some landscaping a couple of yrs. ago & an injection for ash boar (sp?) prevention. They removed a huge bush & planted new plants . I have called them 3 times since May to come back for another tree injection ( due every 2 yrs) and to inspect plant which has old removed bush growing back up and choking the plant they planted. The second time I called she had no record of first call. So was told they would come. NO service. Third call ( Aug 24th) was told she would be sure to have them call. Have not heard from anyone !!!!! So frustrated and mad ! Will never call them again ! What has happened to good service ?

I sent a request for a quote earlier this week but haven't heard back from anyone yet. ....I have now heard back and have an appointment set up for a quote. Thank you!
