Unfortunately our lawn has never looked worse. Giving two stars because they do a great job when they come on time. But getting them to show is the trouble. Grass gets egregiously high as a result and got dinged a few times by the HoA. Hard to get a reliable commitment on when they will show e.g., called last week, said they’d be there Friday, then changed to the following Tuesday, then called today (Tuesday) and they said tomorrow (over two weeks from last service and counting)…
*****UPDATE***** I RECEIVED A CALL FIRST THING THIS MORNING AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW, FROM THE DIVISION MANAGER TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE. HE WAS KIND & PROFESSIONAL. HE CAME TO THE HOUSE WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO TALK TO US ABOUT THE ISSUES WE HAD & ALSO SPRAYED THE LAWN HIMSELF. WE THEN RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE CORPORTATE OFFICE WANTING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT & KEEP US AS CUSTOMERS. THE CONCERN & CARE OF HANDLING THIS EFFICIENTLY AS WELL AS IMMEDIATELY WAS REFRESHING. I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS BECAUSE THIS IS HOW EVERY COMPANY SHOULD TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS! This is the 2nd year we've had this company for weed & fertilizer. I have had to call to find out when an application would happen, which was in 2023 and the schedule magically happened within 2 days. Now let's move on May 2024. I sent photos & emails to them showing the inundation of weeds that were taking over our lawn. (this is May 2024) It took more than 2 emails to find out when someone would come out to deal with it. I get an email response that states someone would be out Friday to do a 3rd application to get the weeds under control. Did anyone show up? NO. Did someone call and communicate with me why? NO. Customer service is lacking big time.
Picked this company because of a “reputation” in the area which was positive. Now I’m not so sure. They were supposed to help eliminate this pesky weed. They said if you continue to have problems “let us know and we will be right out”. They said but didn’t. *psfft* Grass has to be mowed and really not thrilled with spreading these stupid weed seeds all over the lawn. I asked about who I can speak with and I was given the presidents email - emailed him twice and zip. All crickets. I hoped to discuss mowing and this issue. I’ve noted issues with this company before and they have little contact unless it’s to renew a contract or they want to get paid. I get it: Money before people.
Been using nature scape for about 3 years now and they completely turned my yard around. Yard had lots of weeds and bare spots and after a few months it looks 100 times better. I would recommend them to anyone.
I LOVE Naturescape, and I highly recommend them! My yard looks the best it ever has, and all of their services are very reasonably priced. I've attached "Before" and "After" pics. (please excuse the antics of the children in the "Before" pic =D). Obviously, one picture was taken in the fall and one in the spring, but fescue SHOULD be green year round in our moderate southern climate. Now that I've hired Naturescape, it actually IS!
Angela was "Senior Friendly". She quickly resolved my on line experience explaining regarding their recent "power failure" etc. Angela is a. true professional in customer service. Her ability and demeanor of honesty, patience, and most important ability to listen to the customer without interruptions. She quickly knew how to resolve the problem and also offered at the end of the conversation, a "Thank you for all my 13 years of my Naturescape customer loyalty. A joy and peace ending to a quickly resolved problem just because of having hired such a professional customer service employee like Angela. I called Naturescape asking them to come cut our lawn. All of the rain we had been experiencing caused our grass to be exceptionally high. Naturescape fit us in the same week and did a fantastic job of cutting and mulching our overgrown lawn. Thank you so very much Naturescape!!

Naturescape came to my property and sprayed. I dont use this company and never get my back yard sprayed even by my company. Have no idea what they sprayed on my yard.

Beware!! These folks came out last Wednesday to aerate my backyard. They didn t finish the job. I called and was told they would call technician and get back to me. I called today and spoke with customer service who told me she has no idea when the job they have already been paid for will be completed. She thinks maybe this week. Horrible customer service and I am on hold waiting to send my ENTIRE lawn.
These guys perform a great mowing job on my yards. They are quick and efficient and reasonky priced.

Called to setup Aeration service. Taylor was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Carter Nichols came out today and was very pleasant - showed him a few concerns and he took care of everything. Will be calling you back in the spring
Worst lawn care provider Ive ever dealt with. Not only did they not communicate effectively when requested, but they did not show to their own scheduled services. When it was requested of them to cancel the service and get refunded and showed up anyway. Then when refunds were requested a second and third time they were not processed. The conversations had with their reception never reach the techs and no one knows what the other is doing. Even though Ive taken lawn fertilizer and weeding into my own hands and have had better results, I fear they are just going to show up some random day and throw more chemicals on my lawn. Based on their track record this is highly likely since I requested a refund more than a month ago and still have not received it. I do not recommend their services and 1.) recommend you go with another provider or 2.) do it yourself for 1/8th the cost.
Watched the worker crouching down taking 3ft long fast strides while spraying weed controll in my yard. I spoke with him about how tuff master uses same equipment and walk normally when doing applications next door. Tech said is was normal. Called the main office and told if the weeds start growing they will come back out. Ended contract after long time service. Have weeds in my yard and went with another service company.
I had been trying to get my grass to grow for years with poor results. I saw the lawn of a neighbor who was using Nature Scape and gave them a call. My grass has never looked this good. No more hauling chemicals home to apply myself with poor results (and thats WITH AG soil tests) NatureScape is money well spent.

I used Naturescape lawn fertilizer & weed control service for the 2022 season. They came regularly to apply fertilizer & weed control throughout the season. Their staff was always dressed professionally and worked diligently doing the yard treatments. When I had a weed concern, they were very nice to deal with and came over the next day to address persistent weeds. Really a pleasure to work with.

While the lawn treatment works well for years, the customer service has turned terrible. I was a customer for years on a 4 application/yr plan (which worked great), then they switched me to 5 application plan at a higher cost. After I voiced concern of higher cost they offered a 3 application plan that fit my budget and said that if I had any issues to call and they would come spot treat as needed. This year between treatments I did start to see some weeds pop up and called in to report, this is when they told me sorry, its been more than 6wks since your last application, youll have to pay $42. We went in circles about what I agreed to and paid for, but she would not honor the agreement. Unfortunately I had to cut ties with Naturescape, I cannot deal with a company that is dishonest with rude customer service.
Naturescape does an outstanding job of mowing my lawn for a very reasonable price. They are consistent and I am very happy to use them.
I picked this company because the price to value ratio sounded good. The first application produced wonderful results. A landscape guy I know even said I picked a good company. Then I had an extremely small issue and found the responsiveness was fantastic. My rep came by, discussed with my and was not in a hurry and then took care of business. I am glad I selected Naturescape and plan to be a customer for years to come. You should as well.

I have used Naturescape for most of 10 years. Their 5 visit program has resulted in all my weeds being eradicated. They are very careful to avoid special areas around my garden and trees. Always pleasant when I call. You can trust them.

They do not show up when they say they are going to nor will they communicate it. Someone was supposed to come 6 days ago to mow my yard. Called them 3 days ago to see why no one has came. I was told someone would be out by the end of the week. Still no one has shown up. Cancelling their service and going with a different company.

Weve used their mosquito treatment for years and I would recommend it to anyone!! It is extremely affordable and the customer service is fantastic! We live in a wooded area so mosquitoes are a real problem. They do a great job and make sure were happy with their work.

Our lawn has never looked so good. This team is on top of everything. From answering the phone to treating the lawn they are professional and know their stuff. Weve tried every lawn service out there and we finally found THE ONE!! Our lawn was a constant battle of weeds using everyone else. Started with Jeremy when they opened this branch and its taking time to turn our landscaping around after 10+ years of using others but we finally found the company that truly takes our lawn serious and treats it like their own. Our horrible lawn didnt get the way it did overnight and this is a work in progress turning it around, BUT it is satisfying to finally see positive results after throwing money out the window. I believe they are under new management in the last 6 months. Ive been working with Jeremy and hes been very informative and did several consults without even signing a contract. I ended up canceling my contract with a local company due to price and poor follow up. I have been very satisfied with Jeremy and naturescape since. Ive referred him to several neighbors so we will see how our lawns do in 2017.

Made an appointment with them to have a service performed before a set date. Not only did they not stove on time, but didnt give enough notice to name a different plan on their absence. If youre not going to do what you say, at least have the courage to communicate it.
I had them for part of last year and pre-paid for all of this year. Ive just called today and left a message, weve not seen them since early in the year. The pre-emergent they put down was AFTER the crabgrass and other weeds were already above ground so weve fought it ourselves all summer. Its cheap but honestly, not worthwhile. I had much better service when I lived in Spartanburg from TruGreen. Will try Trugreen again in 2016. I really cannot tell that their treatments have helped our lawn at all. We have been fighting the weeds on our own and are starting to get a little control.
paid for lawn aeration and reseeding, aeration was poorly done and I asked why they did not aerate the section between the street and sidewalk was told they did not have equipment to do a small area asked if they could do it by hand answer was no. I had to ask another company that was doing work down the street to fix the problem and they did at no charge.
