Requested a quote a someone actually took the time to call me more than once to schedule me.

Quoted me for a relatively small job, then dragged me along for weeks and then decided they couldn t do the job. Could have had it done by another more professional crew by now.

I would highly recommend Curb Appeal for all our your lawn needs. They did a great job scalping my Bermuda grass on short notice and were very informative and friendly. I also had a mulch job scheduled but had to cancel due to personal reasons. Marty did not hesitate to give me a refund for my deposit and I really appreciated that. I will be using Curb Appeal for all of my lawn needs in the future!

Struggled to get a response regarding trimming my bushes and was told I was on the list two months prior to it finally being done. It was completed only after I emailed him regarding the damages I saw to my brand new fence as well as sod in the yard. The very first time the grass was cut, another piece of sod had been damaged, but I let that go because mistakes happen. To give you an idea of the highest level of damages my fence received, the 4x4 at one of my gates looks like someone tried to bring the mower through there (after already mowing my yard previously and knowing there was another gate that has an extremely large opening). Although Marty did at one point respond to my email stating that he was going through a hard time and gave specifics, I have a lot going on personally as well, and I fully expected a compensation or at least him coming out to look at the damages for himself within a decent time frame after being notified. He failed to do so, and it has now been about a month.

Started out great but after a few weeks, the quality began to deteriorate. Grass cutting was initially done with care but slowly got worse. They also missed some of the cuttings but the rate remained the same. Recently we had to terminate their service when the person who worked the weed trimmer began cutting the grass along the walkway so low that it killed the grass. Weeds started growing and we ended up having to have another company come in and re-seed our bare areas for us.

Marty and his team do a great job! They are very dependable and reliable. If I need extra service all I have to do is text Marty and hell send someone out! I highly recommend them!

I was referred to them by my handyman who has used them for years (and who doesnt recommend anyone who doesnt meet his standards). They have proven to me to be professional and efficient. I have 1/4 acre lot and it was mowed, edged and blown in 20 minutes. Nice!

His crew goes out of their way to see that the lawn is done the way I want. We had a billing misunderstanding last year (I was invoiced for service not performed.) Marty was very gracious in correcting the mistake. He was respectful and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I would recommend them .

Marty at Curb Appeal is a very honest man! We contacted him when we were heading out of town because our lawnmower broke. He explained how their service and billing worked, so we agreed to have them start service right away. Unfortunately, Marty had some setbacks due the weather and wasn t able to get to our lawn before we returned home. It had been one week since we originally spoke over the phone. As result, we asked to cancel our service before anything had been done. The next day, his workers mistakenly came out and cut our lawn. They finished before I could talk to them, so I contacted Marty and he explained it was a mistake and he wasn t charging us for the work. I was shocked! They did nice work and I will definitely use them if I need lawn service in the future.

I started using Curb Appeal Lawn Care this year after a different company ruined my mulch. His team rotates how they cut the lawn and are exceptionally neat. Even before I had all the mulch replaced I saw they were not blowing the grass clippings into the mulch beds. I had his team weed and replace all the mulch and it looks beautiful. I am super happy with the service and how great everything looks.

Been using Curb Appeal for over a year now. Its nice to come home from work and have a fresh cut lawn. I can now use my free time on the weekends to do other things. For the price, you cant get any better.

Worst service I have ever had. Very over priced. I wouldnt even give them one star but I want it counted. Dont waste your money with this service, they would say they mowed and they never even showed up and I would be charged. My lawn looked horrendous I was embarrassed by the way it looked.

Some of these negative posts are from competitors trying to hurt business. Excellent, small business!

Very disappointed in their service. They were always nice but would randomly not show up and cut our grass and tell me they had. The last call I had with the wife of the couple that owns Curb Appeal she told me she had personally cut my yard 3 days before, I offered to meet her or Marty at my house and look at my yard with me or even to email them pictures I had just taken but she said it would be a waste of time. Its sad that she wouldnt look to see for their self that a mistake had been made. To her credit she did say they would charge me for the service or lack of that week. I did take pictures that are time and date stamped to show that the grass was not cut.

the people that he has working for him DO NOT CARE about your home they have damaged the mailbox and the bottom of my house and its been a month and still they have not fix my house yet and when I talk to the the owner ALL I GET IS EMPTY PROMISES !!!!!!!!!!! this is a a temp to get something done I will go further if I have too!!!
