Rusty was great in helping me with all my questions and letting me know the difference between the mowers. I also noticed they have a strong team working together making sure everyone walked in the door is taken care of. They are friendly and very helpful. I purchased a new mower from here and it was a great experience.
Very rude and promises to have parts come in within a few days and two weeks later when I called to check on why I haven’t heard anything the service department started yelling saying every minute he’s been at work he has spent doing inventory and he hasn’t ordered anyone’s parts yet. But parts did finally show up day after next. After I demanded a refund. Poor service.
Not the cheapest place around, but I’ve always had good experiences. Generally knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve done a decent amount of business with them as a homeowner, and they’ve always had the materials needed and been able to deliver on relatively short notice. Photo of some New England river stone which is NOT cheap but will do great things for my landscaping/stormwater management.
If you do your own yard work and live in the Simpsonville area, this is the place to come. They sell only top notch equipment, can do any repairs it seems and will help with small repairs if possible while there. But, it is best to go during the week because Saturday is very busy there.
I went into the store to get some yard equipment repaired. Dan looked it over immediately and suggested and easy fix I could do myself. I was happy to leave it, wait, and pay but Dan saw the chance to get me going faster. I so appreciate his help. And I should also mention that Dan and the rest of the staff are great fun. It was my first time in as I'm new to the area...I will be back for sure!!
Had a great experience ordering fill dirt and topsoil. I had a total of 12 (I think) deliveries adding up to 120 yards of dirt. Both delivery drivers I worked with were careful, communicative, and dumped it exactly where I needed it. They worked with me to space out the deliveries to allow me time to spread the dirt. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get a discount for such a large volume of material, but their prices were fair and competitive.
Great service and friendly staff. I love this place. Wes Is awesome along with Dan!!
The drive to Simpsonville was nice
Good Stuff
Very helpful.
Great service
I use them all the time for my lawn care business. Great people and very helpful.
Good service, knowledgeable people!
Have what I need almost everytime (only time they didnt was during the pine needle shortage a few years ago) efficient crew loading your mulch, rock, etc. Gets you back to your project quickly.
Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful,
Best place around for sales, service, etc. highly recommend
Fantastic
Great service!!!!!
Very helpful and nice people.
Too expensive!
Staff was Helpful and Friendly!!! Prices are Great!!! We would definitely go back to buy more Stihl products!!! Glad they had what we needed in stock!!!
Great people
After multipule visits, i think this place is expensive and their materials are not good. Their mix of stone and crush run, etc. Is just not as good as others i have used.
Friendly service, even to new people wanting to learn.
Friendly knowledgeable staff and good prices.
New to the area and building our own house. Stopped by to check out this cool place on Fairview. Prices seem reasonable, so Im looking forward to doing a lot of business here.
The staff is knowledgeable and polite, and they did have the odd size air filter i was looking for in stock. As for pricing, they are competitive, especially with consumables (sometimes cheaper) in the lawn care industry.
If you need landscaping supplies andngood prices this is your place! Good buys, awesom service, and great people!!
Picked up a scoop of mulch, the gentleman inside was friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend
Good people great service
Very helpful and friendly.
Had a very bad customer service experience. Spoke to the manager who i have known for a long time . He promised me he would address the problems. I have faith in him
Good for all landscaping needs.
Go see Dan and Steven great people that will help you
They have a lot of equipment, fertilizer, tools, and mulch. Prices are reasonable. I was sold the wrong bag of fertilizer though, so I will have to go back to return it.
Very friendly staff! They had what we needed, a good price, and they helped me load the car. They seemed to have a good variety of landscaping materials for business or private use.
Nice place to get your gardening needs
Awesomeness on Fairview Rd!
Very helpful staff
Great service.
Lawnmower Repair Service was great
Landscapers Supply is aways helpful when I have questions, theyll order what I need & I can pick it up once its ready - and just great people to do business with. The Simpsonville staff is fantastic!
Great service and l have bought oil for chainsaw STIHL so got really good price cheaper then Wallmart finally l recommend for everyone this store
Quick service and friendly people.
Fair pricing and lots of expertise. These guys have always treated me well and given me great advice. Huge selection of landscaping products.
I have been very pleased with my partnership with Landscape supply as we started our lawncare business about 2 years ago after moving from Georgia to the Greenville area. They have been an invaluable partner in the success of our business. 1)Wes Young has been an outstanding resource in providing equipment recommendations, technical help, and business advisement. In addition to his expertise, there is his sincere care that his customers are taken care of with warranties, equipment availablity, and answering questions about any business related matter. Wes is as enthusiastic and responsive to my needs as he was when I first reached out to him. 2)My main office is the Simpsonville office and both Dan Green and Steven, the management team for the office, as well as the other staff have been always courteous and helpful with all our business needs. They are very friendly, and I enjoy all my interactions with them. 3)I have very thankful for Landscape Supplys ability to efficiently bring in resources from their other locations when need requires. For instance, I recently had an issue with my 36 inch Wright mower and they quickly were able to get the issue resolved that same day by directing me to their Greenville maintenance team. At other times they have sent my equipment off to their Anderson location because of the expertise that office has with the equipment that needed repair. 4)The pricing at Landscape Supply has been very good. Their ability to partner with the main vendors has allowed them to give very competive pricing. With all this said, if anyone is looking to start a lawncare business, or if they already own one and are looking for a reliable partner to ensure their business stays operational, I highly recommend Landscape Supply. My husband Victor purchased a blower & edger. They were nice, friendly and very helpful
Always had everything I needed
Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place to get bulk materials at an affordable price. Good quality compost, stone and fill dirt
Good customer service
Always a pleasure, Dan n the other guys always been good to me. I upgrade my blowers n maintain other equipment. Local nature material yard whenever I have jobs in the simpsonville area.
Always great service!
My husband and I just bought a zero turn from Landscape Supply in Simpsonville. Lisa was so helpful. Id never been on a zero turn before so Lisa showed me the ropes. She walked me through every step. Once we got it home I was able to jump right on and go with no trouble. Well definitely continue to shop here in the future.
The best product combined with professional service.
Absolutely wonderful!! .great service, knowledge and courtesy!!.highly recommended!!
If you buy, take your helper because they do not help you with your materials today I went to them your materials are outside waiting for them to help me I had to carry it alone my materials very bad services but to sell and charge there if you are very good very very bad services
Took an Echo string trimmer to be repaired. Took it back same day since the first repair it still would not run, nor stay running. They sell Echo, they should be able to repair the same brand. We gave them two tries and still will not start and will not run. They replaced numerous carburetor parts but not the diaphragm. The one part that allows the fuel to get to the spark that makes it run. Find another vendor in my opinion, twice in for an unresolved original issue and they couldnt get it right. Try elsewhere.
Very helpful!! Im new to having to plant anything or worrying about runoff drainage. I had grass seed, hay bails, pea gravel and clear instructions- all for a fair price from someone that was friendly and not to busy to answer my inexperienced questions.
This place is terrible. I will never spend another dollar there. I would suggest finding another small business to support.
Great local business. Always friendly when I made purchases.
Bought a new Wright Mower and Dan was very helpful. Thank you Dan.
David has helped get us set up with 4 Scag units over the last 6 months! He has been a tremendous help as we grow our business! Thanks for everything!
Knowledgeable friendly staff
These people were so nice (angels in comparison to Greenville) and they were professional and helped me and my husband get the rental equipment me needed to work on our house which was at a fair price. Would highly recommend!
Great experience. Thanks
Wentbto get some parts for my Toro Zero Turn. They carried the blades on hand for my model but had to order the other parts. Rpbably do to lack of space. These parts I required I consider high usage. But having to deal with a name brand mower snd a dealer business thats the way the cookie crumbles. As to the virus business it may take up to two weeks to receive other parts do to shipping and the other middle man operation out of their control.
Great service I explained that I was from pa visiting family and the representative that I spoke with let me fix my climber right on the table. I appreciated service so much I bought a new climbing saw before I left their building. Most definitely will be back when Im in the he area
Positive experience. Great customer service. Thanks to Dan and his staff for being so helpful.
Wonderful customer service! I have lived here for 3 years and wish I had been sooner. The quality of their products is top notch. Again, I can t speak enough of the customer service.
These guys were all so helpful, even for my small backyard project. They even went an extra mile (or several miles actually) to help deliver a product that didnt fit in my van. Thanks so much! Ill be back again for sure.
They have had my stuff for 3 weeks no call I called twice and both times I was told I would get a call back NEVER EVER USING THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE! ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Update they had my lawn mower for 3 months. I called and talked to the company PRESIDENT he assured me it would be done next day so I went in and they finally gave me a loaner because STILL wasnt ready. Upon returning the mower my wife used it fir 20 minutes and it started pouring fuel from the carb.
Today I went to Landscapers Supply with a problem with one of our top handle saws. The guys there stopped what they were doing and fixed the saw on the spot so we could get back to work; that is one of the many reasons why we do business there. Whether you are a professional or homeowner I highly recommend this business.
Great service, knowledgeable staff!!!
The people were amazing and helped me find exactly what I needed for a great price!!
Wes has taken very good care of me as a small business owner. Always greets me by name and makes me feel very welcome.
Great place to get professional equipment as well great service.
My husband and had a couple of trees cut down by some professionals in the backyard. The gentleman inside of the store gave us extremely helpful information about growing our grass. I love for my grass to look great. We will definitely return soon for supplies. Thank you sir!
Love this place
Customer service is the reason I buy there
Dishonest Business. I took two reel mowers there to have sharpened. They kept the mowers for three weeks and did absolutely nothing to them. They claimed they were complete and charged me $220. The office manager, W. seems like a decent guy. W. if you could do something like this you have no integrity. Your integrity should be priceless but you sold yours for $220. I hope you change your ways. I did receive a refund but I will never go there again. Im a working man and when someone steals from me it doesnt sit well.
These guys are great to work with. Knowledgeable and freindly.. our go to store..
Great place to get mulch from & nice welcoming people
Walked in to buy a new Stihl weedeater and attachments, about a $500 purchase and NOT ONE person asked if I had a question or could we help you? So Im taking my money elsewhere. Service sucks!!
Horribly customer service. First, bought a $13k mower from them which they didn t have any manuals for and told me they would mail me one. No big deal. A week went by, no manual. 2 weeks...no manual. I called and asked where the manual was and if they could mail me the manual, they told me yes...weeks....no manual. 2nd; Take my mower in for warranty work. They tell me 2 weeks. I call (2.5 weeks later) and they say it s fixed and to pick it up, but it s at the Anderson location, I sent my worker to the Anderson location, the guy there says the mower has not even been touched. Very rude people, they don t seems to want to help at all. They re not apologetic for their mistakes whatsoever. I don t know what happened to the communication between their stores but to get an apology would be nice. None of that though. Horrible place, if you like scag mowers, find a different dealer. There s one in Gaffney SC.
Friday 4/20/2018...I read the previous reviews. i can agree with the rudeness. Some act like they know everything there is in the universe and were all dumb-asses for having questions. Also some seem like its an extreme burden to even ask if you need help. Very telling that Lanscapers Supply only replied to the high rated reviews. Why is that? Anyway, this isnt positive in any way. Today I went into the SImpsonville location for a particular herbicide, Crossbow, I have good results with. I have bought it there a few times. I had made up my mind to buy a gallon size, for cost purposes and it would last a bit longer. So general conversation happens between myself and an associate. I already put the gallon of chemical on the counter and asked how much it was. I was thinking in the $115-120 range, based on what the quart size cost $25 and change tax and all. He tells me $170 for the gallon size. I thought to myself; that cant be right. I said well ill get a small bottle. I went and got it, waited my turn and paid for it. It was $25 basically, tax and all. I asked him again, how can a gallon cost $170, if a quart costs $25? Again i was expecting to pay around $125 for the gallon. he says, well 4 quarts is a gallon so 4 times that. Exactly....4x25 is 100. Anyway, theres another associate at the counter taking my money. Hes been there a while, I recognized him, but dont know him. He never even bothered to inteject with and explanation for all this. I bought my quart size Crossbow for $25 and left. I was in my vehicle in the parking lot and I looked on Amazon for the product. I found a gallon for $79 (tractor supply online also advertised it for $79). I found a 2.5 gallon for $129. That will be my last dollar spent at Lanscapers Supply.
Been here for service once and parts later. Both times excellent repairs and customer service.
Ricardo Lucas I got there 5 minutes before they opened and they let me in, fast service, immediately knew what part I needed. These people are awesome and friendly! They talked to me about the new lawnmowers.
Terrible experience!!!!! Under new management and the front end dont know what the back end is doing. ILL NEVER GO BACK FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!!
I have bought parts for my weed eater and lawn mower here. Fast and friendly service, they were very helpful.
Very helpful
Landscapers supply of Simpsonville.R the Best help us out greatly today. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of equipment whatsoever
Took my trimmer in to have it serviced cause it wasnt running right. The guy tells me hell call and let me know the problem and cost before repairs are done. I get a call a week later telling me its fixed and charged me $95. Trimmer only cost $129 brand new! Why the hell would I pay that to repair it? Better yet why wasnt I called before the repair, like I was told? Rip off
Ive had my Toro lawnmower for a year, and it messed up, and I took it here to get fixed. They did a very great job, customer service was great! They do charge you for the labor but its worth every penny! I Recommend this place!
Bought top soil which was supposedly screened, but had numerous large lumps (some a foot in diameter) in it which I had to break up. Also bought mushroom compost which also had several large lumps. Not what I expected.
This hard working American will ( NEVER ) again step foot on this property. These folks are the most ( Rude ) people I have ever been around. They have lose a customer for life. And everybody I know that even would think of going there, I will tell them just what they done to & for me. I worked to hard for my money just to throw it again. They need to learn how to run a business.
Told me the housing on my 4 year old mower was broken and that it would cost around $300 ($72/hr for Labor + part) to fix it. It only cost $269 brand new. It was only a broken belt which my neighbor fixed $40 (part included). And of course they kept the $30 deposit they require to troubleshoot the problem. They are the ULTIMATE rip off. Will never go there again.
Great assistance went out the way to help me thanks
