We hired Greenville Landscaping to remove a deck and build a large patio. The work they did was remarkable! Rob is a no-nonsense guy and immediately identified what design would work best for our property. Richard went above and beyond to ensure the final delivery was top quality. We use Greenville for our regular yearly maintenance and can confirm that the crew is reliable, detailed, and clean.
Received a quote from Josh in March to do some landscaping work. I signed the agreement and someone came out to spray the areas of development at the end of April. After that no one came out to finish the job. I have tried to contact Josh & company via phone call, text, and email but cannot get a response. They left areas of my lawn dead and ugly from spraying and never returning to finish the work. *Just an edit that Josh reached back out to get this scheduled and offered a discount for the issues above. I've already hired someone else to finish the work, but appreciated the response.
This is the second year I have used Greenville Lawn and Landscape. Josh and his team is easy to work with and replies quickly to any email or phone call. I start and end the season with 2 cuts per month. During the hot growing season I simply contact Josh to begin weekly cuts. They always cut on the same day of the week unless rain interferes. Plan to use them again next year.

I needed a complete cleaning and needling of our entire yard before selling our house. Josh and I had a great conversation and he kept his word on finishing our yard in just two days! Because of his fast and excellent work, the house has been noted by the HOA as a top yard contender! Day or night, the company is there for you.
Josh and his staff have maintained my lawn for many years. They are always been available when I needed extra services like mulching and bush trimming. I'm very pleased how my yard looks after each mowing. They send a picture of your lawn to make sure you are happy with their services. I highly recommend them!!!!
Josh was extremely accommodating during our transition to Greenville. He contacted me immediately when I reached out to him via phone and his crew took care of our lawn until we could complete our relocation. He was dependable and always gave feedback/updates about work completed on the yard. The online payment method is extremely convenient. Initially I was looking to help my mother find a new company to provide lawn care services to her home - I had a great conversation with Josh but after the first phone call nothing happened. He and I agreed that if my mother wanted to move forward to simply text him that and the information and we would firm things up. I never heard back from Josh after those text messages and that was over 2 weeks ago. It's okay that he turned us down I found another company to manage the lawn care at mother's house and I get it, business must be booming but he could have said that to me rather than have me thinking i had found an option for her. I am a firm believer we are only as honest as what we say, and if the honest truth is the company is too busy than that's what you lead with.

I have been working with Josh for about 7 years and I must say he is the most accommodating(meaning he works with you) and responsive person I have dealt with. Josh and his crew do a great job in a very timely manner.

My experience with GREENVILLE LAWN CARE has been a consumer nightmare. Calls and emails go unanswered for weeks, if ever. After a phone call on a Monday to Josh had a return call from Josh on Friday that same week telling me he was catching up on his phone calls for the week. As aggravating as that was to hear, I cant imagine how many other customers must have felt on that day waiting for a reply. GREENVILLE LAWN CARE bills by the man-hour + cost of materials, though your bill will never show the man-hour level of effort. I had mulch installed, and my wife witnesses from her in-home office window they ran out of mulch three times. I walked the lawn and 1 of the 2 guys on the job that day was sitting on the ground texting or something on his phone when he could have been hauling last years debris from the mulch beds. Called Josh about this with a less than satisfactory answer of what my billing would reflect regarding man-hours worked. I spoke to Jonathan 5 weeks ago about tree trimming, and we discussed in some detail of what needed to be done. I mentioned this to Josh weekly. This past week was told it would be done this week. This did not happen. Due to non responsiveness, the mystery billing by man-hour which will never be seen on your invoice, I believe you would be better-off and avoid using GREENVILLE LAWN CARE
This has to be the BEST LANDSCAPING company. I highly recommend!

I have used Greenville Lawn Care Service for the past 3 seasons for regular maintenance but have now started using them for sod replacement, landscaping and shrubs. The teams are great, take feedback, and it is a stress reliever for me since my yard looks great.

Update 2: Bumped it up another star. we are still working on the yard, but it is coming along nicely. There are still a couple things that I need the team to do differently, but you can really tell they are trying. Im very happy with the overall job they did today and much happier with the idea of building a relationship with them rather than remaking a relationship with another company. We all make mistakes. I really like how they are trying to do things the way I would like and work with me. And I appreciate them not charging me for the job I was unhappy with. I will let this sit for a month or so now and see where we are then. Update: Bumped it up a star. The owner reached out to me and we had a good conversation. Very professional and I felt like he has a good understanding of what I need and where the trouble was. I wish he had been able to go out and see it for himself though. Right now I will give them a little time to let my grass recover. If things get back on track I will defs upgrade my review again. Right now I just want my grass back to where it was and then work on upgrading the areas that were still challenging me. Maybe we can grow something even better than I had before the trouble. Ill keep a pic journal this time . Right now my review is up for grabs and may be updated if the company tries to help make this right. For several weeks my yard looked beautiful. Cuts every other week at $45 a cut, maybe on the long side, but I loved it. Last week after the rains I decided to go every week just to maintain if we had another wet spell. Something went weird. They cut down my grass, some spots to the dirt. I contacted the company via email, letting them know I wanted it cut like they had been doing and to go easy on the weed eating (leaving the grass level with the rest and not cutting to the ground). Sue, in the office, acknowledged the email and told me they would note my account so the guys would know how I liked it. So this week I come home, today a week later, and it is twice as bad as last week. the grass is down to the earth more than a foot away from all the edges, my fence and the beds...and odd slashes to the ground in places that arent edges. Not only that, but the grass burned last week and this week being cut so low. The tips look like they are frayed instead of cut. I was sooo upset. All my hard work last year and all the beautiful fresh grass these guys have been cutting so wonderfully now turned to hay, literally. It is such a difference in quality from my biweekly to this weekly service, I would think someone sabotaged their work.
