West Hills Lawn Mower Shop in Simi Valley

They did great work and for a fair price however they never called to say what was wrong or that it was fixed. I came into the store for the third time to find it had been repaired for an unknown amount of time. I will take my chainsaw there again but I will be checking on it weekly. I also don’t know what was wrong with it but I think he didn’t tell me because he was very apologetic for the lack of call.

This guys are knowledgeable, helpful and honest.

Took my old Honda mower in after it failed for the 1st time in 10 years. I know enough about engines to know you need spark and fuel to run. Checked spark, good. Motor would run squirting fuel into the carb for a second. So it's the carb. Didn't feel like messing with it. Took it to a shop on LA ave by Arby's on Monday. Told shop what the problem was. Mower sat all week so I checked Friday. Diagnosed coil, which right away I knew was wrong. Don't think he really ever looked at the mower. Took mower to West Hills Mower on the corner of Tapo and Alamo. Got mower back on Monday fully serviced and Carb cleaned. These guy's were AWESOME and FAST!!!!

Great service.... Lawnmower would not start...they made it better than new and sharpened the blade for a great price!!!!

Terrible STIHL dealer. Reserved a strimmer. By the time I arrived at store 1.5hrs later, they had sold it. Never called me, nothing. Go elsewhere

They're great Stihl dealer I was there waiting when they opened to pick up my chainsaw and they do good business

They are very good at what they do about their work, fast and reasonable according to the price!!! I recommend them
