I havent been able to get a hold of them but Ive seen there work and its amazing. If I could get a hold of them would be much better

They will use the full list of profanity if you are near their HQ, you could as example have your high beams on and no one is around, the guy in the black charger drives around the corner and becomes the lord of the universe.....hiding behind religion.....

They never respsonded back to me.

Their drivers are completely unprofessional, and dont seem to understand simple roadway laws. A driver cut me off this morning in a roundabout without even looking to see if a car was currently in it.

We have been using His Hands for the past 6 years at our first phase of Woodbridge and since then, His Hands has completed 3 phases for us at Woodbridge and multiple government projects such as City of Auburn, City of Woodinville and City of Bellevue, not once we have heard of any bad complains from any of those cities They showed up on schedule, completed the projects and all owners were extremely happy We would for sure hire them again Well done guys and keep up the great work

Thanks to all the crew at His Hands Lawn Care for an outstanding job with our landscaping. It far exceeded our expectations, on time, and within budget. We would recommend these guys anytime!

Would not recommend His Hands. They installed the landscaping at our recently purchased home in Sterling Hills Estates. The dried, dead sod was applied right on top of clay. After 8 weeks, it is still dried dead patches. What we discovered is, they did not amend the soil with compost or topsoil before laying the sod. They were suppose to come back and replace the dead sod but told us they were out of sod but would replace it when they got more sod. That was two weeks ago. We have seen them put in several other yards in this development in that time. They have never come back to fix the mess. What we found, was that they have the contract with the Sterling Hills builder because they were the low bidder. We found out that the builder cold save 5 K per yard by having His Hands do the landscaping. You get what you pay for. They also put in many of the sprinkler systems in the development. Most are different and they nearly all have problems. Some, they have come back to fix, some still have problems. The landscape plantings are basic and the plants are of poor quality.

Austin and Brandon were very courteous and professional. They did an amazing job. We love fence.

This is the worse business to deal with. I dont know where to begin.... The are not reliable. They are dishonest. They do not follow through with their commitments and contracts. I would not recommend His Hands. They are supposed to be a Christian based company but they give us Christians a bad name!

I am writing to document my formal complaint about His Hands quality of work. Although their ongoing maintenance functions (lawn mowing and weeding) are average, their pruning skills are deplorable. I attribute this to lack of proper training and supervision rather than the workers skills. Last year, I specifically requested that they NOT prune the smoke bushes in the two common area beds. This was the result of a brutal pruning of the plants last July. Not only was the timing totally wrong, but the method of pruning basically butchered the plants. I personally pruned the plants late April of this year which is the optimum time for their growth cycle. Last Wednesday, they pruned the bushes again. Both plants were in beautiful, full scale growth. Now, you can hardly see them. Again, it was the wrong time of year, bad technique, and against our prior directives. The supervisors comment: they re only plants. They will grow back again. I find this attitude totally inappropriate and indicative of His Hands work performance. Several houses in our community (approximately 25%) have already instructed the vendor to NOT touch the plants in our yards. That alone says something about a common concern about their landscaping knowledge and skills. In looking at several yards that were pruned last week, I see lavender plants which were sheared off with a weed cutter. Even I know that the woody portions will not grow back. The plants are now ugly and damaged.
