Greenbird Landscaping in Silver Spring

I was a loyal customer for years - but the last few years the prices went too high. I have been trying for three months to get them to stop billing me and the haven't yet. It's been very difficult to get out of this.

Greenbird Landscaping claims to be "fully insured". They have damaged my property and are refusing to take responsibility or provide their insurance information. They are very unprofessional and not responsive. I had new siding installed in the last year and their string trimmer tore it up. They explained to me that, my siding must be "old" and somehow that explains the damage. Eventually got insurance info, they did their damage estimate and independently determined how much to pay me. I got it all fixed in the end. All I wanted was the insurance info and if you offered to cover my installers repairs, it would have cost way less! Now I cut, aerate, weed and feed my own grass.

I used the company to build a path around the side of my house. Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the other reviews. Communication was poor. You have to stay on top of them regarding the materials they are using and the exact specifications you want. They tried to sub in two different materials that did not at all fit what I wanted style-wise, and then built the path with questionable design ideas - with out communicating. That being said, the physical work was good, so if you use them just stay on top of every step of the process.

Great lawn mowing service.friendly, honest, kind, and reasonable priced than any of his competitors. One of the best companies out there, and very reliable. Whenever I have a need around the yard, I will definitely be calling again!

This company is unable to follow basic instructions. Hire someone else. EDIT: As you can see, this pitiful company has gone through and responded to every negative review with "NOT OUR CLIENT", even though my initial review was 7 years old & completely accurate (as I'm confident the others are as well). These are highly unethical people & were unable to follow basic instructions regarding their work on my property. If a google bot sees their profile, you should restrict Amazon Landscaping from using google services, as they are now committing Fraud on your app.
