The Grounds Guys of Shreveport - Bossier in Shreveport

We've had Ground Guys doing our lawn maintenance for awhile now. At first, they were great! They were doing everything we asked and expected. However, for the last several months their services have been HORRIBLE!!! They have only been coming out once a month instead of weekly, and when they would come they wouldn't even do a quarter of what was supposed to be done. After talking to Austin and expressing our disappointment several times, we still were not getting the service we were paying for and expecting. Would not reccomend Ground Guys to anyone.

Their customer service is excellent! I have used them for a few months and completely satisfied. They have even brought up my trash can up for me a few times.

Have used these guys for our business for a couple of years now, finally have had enough! It never fails every spring & summer I’m calling & texting asking why they haven’t showed up! Always an excuse of a broken down truck or something! I pay these guys a monthly fee year round & then I’m told they only service “32” weeks a year??? Then why did I get that bill all year round? Very deceiving & unreliable! Time for someone new & there seems to be a lot out there!!

I'm absoulety disgusted in how they do business! The guys who come cut our yard, do not care if cars are parked where they are mowing, they just blow all the grass on them. The cut is horrible, my 2 year old could do better. They do not clean up after themselves. They will move your things and just throw them to the side. They do not clean up bushes, or trees. Not a good way to do business. We have asked that they call before they come...that doesn't happen. Very disappointing in the way they work. Not to mention every time they come, the foul language is horrible. My kids can hear you fyi!
