Fleming Landscape & Irrigation in Shreveport

This past Friday, 6-9-2023, Fleming Irrigation technician, Dameon Wright, arrived on time at my private residence to perform a simple irrigation check of my sprinklers for summer. There was a couple problems, which Dameon quickly identified and fixed my lawn irrigation problems in a timely manner with friendly professionalism. The expertise of the team that came to my house after my sprinkler backflow prevention device cracked would be rated a 5. The reason I rate them a 3 is due to the fact that in addition to their labor being $100 an hour, they also charge you for travel time from their last job. They were here for one hour almost on the dot and I was charged $150 in labor plus parts. I called and the travel time was the reason given. At $100 per hour I don't believe the customer should be responsible for the travel time, and in my case the technician drove all the way from Line avenue to my South Bossier home.

This is a great company to work with. We had a drainage problem which resulted in a building on the property which would flood with heavy rain. Bill Fleming knew what the solution would be. His guys led by Morgan did an excellent job. The quality of work was outstanding and they were friendly and professional. They went out of their way to save bushes that had to be relocated and they left the area clean and well dressed. I recommend them highly.

We used Fleming Landscape for new construction landscape, irrigation, and lighting. They listened to what we wanted and delivered above our expectations. After work was completed, they continued to check on the progress of our plants and trees and replaced anything that was not surviving. It seemed for the first year, they were always checking on something to make sure we had beautiful results. They were very easy to work with and we couldn't be happier.

They did a great job cutting and edging my lawn. Will have them take care of my lawn again. Thank you!

I have never worked with a company quite like this. I have worked with some that were unprofessional but this company was different in that they were conniving in my experience. They told me anything to basically shut me up and appease me, then did not do it. It became a pattern I recognized. Then they added extra charges for things clearly discussed in detail prior to the contract - core requirements I had made clear. They left my irrigation system broken, and also left the irrigation pump electric wire run about 75 feet cross the yard fully exposed with caution tape marking it - and this was how the left it after promising to complete the job after I paid them. I had new roses and shrubs and yellow caution tape! Then they sent another invoice for this! I contacted them to correct it and then a couple months later the owner called to say he would call the following week to schedule correcting things. As I said, I had learned his methods. A couple months later I am still waiting for the call (not really). Stay away from them. I could write a novel about how I learned what I believe is their true character. They left the irrigation system totally broken and I had to have others help to finish it properly at added costs. I had a big project and I learned that I would NEVER trust this company again. Shall I go on about the landscaping issues?

Do not use this company!! They lie about setting times up especially when you have a leak in your irrigation system which is pretty important. Their landscaping service is an absolute joke they will put hardly any dirt or mulch in the flower beds and will remove plants without your permission. Thanks for nothing!
