Hired this company to do fall yard work. Aereator was done nicely with over seed to follow. Churro laid down peat moss in the areas that needed it. He was very knowledgeable and really helpful in explaining the process he was doing. Great guy and a great company I m completely happy with the work that was performed. Thank you

I recently hired this mowing company to take care of my lawn, and I am thrilled with the results. The team was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. They mowed the lawn with precision, trimmed the edges, and even cleaned up afterwards. My yard has never looked better! The lawn is looking well after the first mowing and Spring clean up. Everyone we have contact with at Fresh Cut ( Amanda, Griffin, and Mike) have been most helpful, friendly and professional.

An excellent company. I only need my grass cut, and they do that well, show up when they say they will, and charge a fair price. You don t have to down load an app nor create an online account, just call and they get it done. Keeping it simple!

These guys came out here about a year ago and removed a ton of rocks for us. The original home owner had this place for 60-70 years and had rocks in the flower beds along the side and in the front of the house. Instead of ever cleaning it out they just kept piling it on lol. It was a horrible mess but these guys cleaned it up really well for a reasonable price and pretty quickly. We brought them out again recently to mulch down 4 stumps we had from these hideous old bushes. The work was done in seconds and it was far better than we expected. Very communicative which is great because they respond quickly. The one downside is once we requested a quote on something to see pricing there were far too many follow ups, email/text/even a phone call. It felt like being chased by a salesperson in a furniture store which generally puts me off places. I also find it unfortunate that the only way to get an idea on cost is to request a quote, I wish just estimates could be given based on area size because that would help me to know if we could maybe afford a service without having to reach out and then feeling pressured. Overall though I think these guys are phenomenal and will absolutely continue to being them in for anything I can.

As a new customer they got me on the schedule quickly. They offer many different lawn services and they are priced right. The person that did our yard did a nice job.

This is our second year as a homeowners association contracting Fresh Cut pros to maintain all of our common areas and a very large area around a very large 8 acre pond. I have been involved with the Wexford homeowners association Board of Directors for seven years. We hold our landscaping companies and Their crews to a high standard. You can hire any company to cut the grass, weed whack and even do some fertilizing. However, it s the service that s provided in between or after the services are complete. Such as being responsive or being available. I ve had the pleasure of dealing directly to the President of their company, Michael. He stays very involved and engaged with his company and that s very important. Not to mention all of the last minute favors I have asked from him, he always manages to pull through. Follow up is the biggest thing next to the quality of the work. They are extremely reasonable with pricing, and above average on quality in correspondence! I would highly recommend them! I look forward to working with them year after year. I will also update this rating as needed :-) I would say whether you were looking for your own personal home lawn maintenance to bigger contracts, such as ours, this would be the company to reach out to! Fresh Cut Pros is a very easy to work with company. They do excellent work on the basic cutting and trimming, but they also will add customer requested work and do that to make the yard look better. The owners strive to help wherever they can. Fresh cut has gone over and above what is expected. They do the work and clean up, and they are very good at sending email receipts for everything. My wife and I strongly recommend them.

The show up on time and if the weather prevents service that day they call and also let you know when the service returns. When doing mulch they place a good amount of mulch and clean up afterwards. All around a great local lawn company

Fresh Cut came by to do a fall cleanup. They did a fantastic job my yard has never looked this good after cleaning up the leaves.

Said they would come to give me a estimate today no call no show....I expect a call at the very least...

Very accommodating and professional. I asked them to call prior to showing up so I could secure our dog, most companies would knock which I asked them not to do because it made getting the dog in his kennel impossible. Fresh Cut didnt need to be reminded and did the job quickly but also leaving it looking great

Late the morning of giving us a quote. Walks out to where we have to have an old garden bed removed. It s a sizable garden, in no expert but I m thinking they have a small bobcat to make quick work of it. He says all good gives us a reasonable quote of $400. I take off work to be here for the work to be done. I m told the day before, the crew would be here around 830 and they arrived at 10:45. The crew walks the site and calls the boss saying they need equipment. The crew lead then arrives at my door saying the job would be $1000. Thanks but no thanks...I ve had other quotes substantially less. Here I am with a wasted day off and having dealt with a completely unorganized circus from the start. I m sure they probably do great weekly lawn service and seasonal clean up by the reviews which would have been the next conversation but no thanks...

I found Fresh Cut through a basic Google search. I was extremely pleased as within 20 minutes of submission for a quote on lawn maintenance and clean up, I received a phone call. Mike contacted me and discussed in easy detail the costs for the services I needed, was able to get out the property in the time he stated for a quote, and started my services within 7 days to get on the right schedule. I have been very happy with this choice of company and I would recommend them.

Have been using fresh cut for a year now and very impressed with there service.They keep right on top of the grass and trimming around the fence and house,also had some mulch put down around some trees in the back yard.Looking forward to using them again this year.

I have used this service for 4 seasons. They do an fantastic job of taking care of the grass on my steep river bank. Ive also had them do a couple of spring clean up projects and spreading mulch. I found them to be courteous, hard workers and professional. They are reasonably priced. One time, a new worker accidentally cut one of my new ornamental grass plants along with the tall river bank grass. Mike quickly apologized and replaced the plant within a week! That was exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them!

Avoid this company they are very unprofessional, we hired them to mow our lawn with Professionals in their name we presumed they would be professional which wasnt the case. Our grass was left uneven, it looked like only one blade worked on their mower. Our neighbors were angry with the mess that was left on their property from the lack of professionalism. We told them that their services were no longer needed and they showed up the next week anyway when we werent home. Thank goodness our neighbor made them clean up the mess they left on one yard so we only had two yards of their mess to clean up the second time.

Stay away!!! Promised same day service, never called, never came. Called the next morning, said theyd be there, never called, never came. I called again to find out what was going out, said theyd be out the next day. No thank you...Ill go with a company that can at least make a first impression. Horrible.

Used them last year (2016) no issues. This year, 2017, unreliable and never called back. Cut grass twice, even signed up for fertilizer - didnt cut grass for three weeks and then when we had someone else signed up - cut grass. I called three time and texted never received a response - I would stay away.
