I am very happy with my recent experience with Ramos Landscaping Services. They were responsive and arrived on time to provide a free estimate. We agreed on the work (clean up an overgrown area of our yard and hauling away the debris), price and date for the work. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. We discussed keeping some of the plants and those to remove. They performed that work perfectly, retaining only the plants we discussed keeping. They also cleaned up the entire area really well. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them without reservation.

I am a past customer Ramos cut my lawn last year. You also cut my neighbors lawn. Last week I saw you cutting his lawn and went over to find out why you quit cutting mine as my account is with you is clear. I spoke to a young lady, and then she told me to speak to her father, who was also cutting his lawn, and he said speak to my wife. After several failed attempts to speak to anyone I still dont know why you without notice stopped. Ive been in business for many years, and Ive never treated a good customer as you have treated me.

I highly recommend. I contacted multiple landscapers and received several estimates for our extremely overgrown front and backyard. The estimate I received from Ramos Landscaping was one of the most reasonable, though not the cheapest, but I generally had a good feeling about them. They also worked with us to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. They completed the work in about a half a day and it looks great! They cleaned up the shocking number of weeds, mowed the lawn, took out dead plants, and cut back overgrowing bushes and plants. I will be hiring them to keep it maintained the rest of spring/early summer, and will definitely contact them again when fall comes along.

This company scheduled a visit today at 09:30 to give me a quote. They were a no show. I texted them at 10:00 and no reply.

Family business, very friendly, very attentive to what we wanted done and then did it quickly and professionally. They removed some overgrown bushes, spread weed fabric and mulch, and trimmed our arbor vitae hedge. We will use them again.

Did a great job on spring cleanup for our yard! They restored some really messy garden beds to a zero weed status, removed huge blackberry bushes by our shed, trimmed up a tree and lots more. The Ramos Family shows up consistently on-schedule/on-time, rain or shine. They offer the very best in set it and forget it routine yard maintenance and gardening services. I would (and have) recommended them time & again. Plus, they are the most kind/caring folks you could ever hope to work with. UPDATE (2-3 years later). Quality and consistency slid significantly. Never knew if the Ramos team was going to show up (due to an extensive list of reasons). They once left the country for an extended period without a contingency/backfill strategy to ensure continuity for customers. Instead, folks were left to fend for themselves for indefinitely. Ramos cancelled us (and a bunch of friends/neighbors we referred them to) when they decided it was no longer convenient to drive to Seattle. No loyalty.

I called Ramos Landscaping to clean my patio, which was covered in leaves and overgrown weeds. It was a disaster. They came out the next day to do an assessment, and scheduled work for a couple days later. They showed up on time, worked quickly and effectively, and made the patio look brand new. Im very happy with the service they provided.

Ramos has performed two jobs for me clearing forest brush and debris and trimming trees. Both jobs were completed quickly and according to my instructions. Our landscaping needed serious attention, we had ignored it for years. These guys came in and made it look like wed been maintaining it the whole time! Seriously fantastic work, will definitely have them back again.

In March I asked these nice gentlemen to do a one time yard clean up.....for various reasons it had scarcely been touched in the previous six months...and they did an excellent job at a reasonable. Now I can go outside without being daunted by all the work that needs done......instant gratification... and I can get on with the fun stuff, planning and planting. I have asked them to come back on a scheduled maintenance program.

We tried to use Ramos on our yard. They were scheduled to come do the work on a Monday after we accepted their cost and their start date. The Friday before they were to start, we emailed them to confirm that they will show up. They said that the cost would go up significantly after further internal discussions. They also said they wouldn t come on Monday and wanted postpone for a few weeks because they didn t think we would want to pay more and decided to schedule other work. If we hadn t emailed them, I assume they would have never shown up and we wouldn t have known why. They were extremely unprofessional with us. It should have been a red flag that they showed me the cost on a phone calculator and never communicated well with us. We got the run around on email and phone.

We bought a home in the fall (right before rainy season) on a huge lot that had been nicely landscaped. The rainy season hit and we had our baby a couple of months later fast forward to March and our property had not been mowed, weeds were popping up everywhere, and we still hadn t found the time to buy everything we needed to take care of our new yard. We called Ramos Landscaping and they promptly replied and came out to provide us an estimate. They were very nice, professional, and extremely fair with their estimate. The day of was fantastic. Their work is just wonderful. I still cannot believe great our yard looks! It s such a relief to know someone now who we can trust to help us maintain our land and do so in a nice professional manner. I definitely recommend this company!

When asked for a quote, Ramos Landscaping came out immediately. We needed topsoil put in our backyard to seed for grass. They were on time, efficient, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly hard working. They even did additional weeding without me asking. Ramos Landscaping is incredible! They did a complete clean out of our yard which had been neglected. They cleared out all the weeds, dead plants and pulled 3 trees we wanted removed and refreshed the trim around our yard and laid down new mulch around the entire border of the yard, as well as trimmed a large tree above our deck. They came out quickly to give us a quote and were able to complete the work within the same week. They were professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. They also provided much appreciated advice for how to maintain our lawn. In addition, we always had trouble opening our gate and they fixed the lawn by the gate so we can now open and close it with ease. This wasnt one of the things we originally discussed so we were very pleasantly surprised. Be careful with this Samos landscaping service which is a money scammer. I met Samuel Ramos in my Shoreline house at May 26th, 2021 for an estimate for annual landscaping service cost. He could not speak English so he brought a young man as an interpeter. After looking around the yard he gave me an annual plan estimate which I pay $300 the first time service and $75 for following each month service. I agreed. He did the first service at June 14th, and I paid him $300. He did the second service at July 12th, and I paid him $75. After the two service he is GONE. I called him and texted him many times about the schedule of the service for August and September, and he did not return any of my call or text message. He is simply GONE after got the $375. My guess he is doing the same trick for other people now!!! So be careful about this guy, and never trust his word.

Our lawn was dead. Sam Ramos came the day after I called him to give recommendations and an estimate. He was available within a couple of weeks, and he and his excellent team tore out the old sod,( which was hard as rock) and added healthy topsoil and sod. They also tore out the horrible grass in our side yard snd replaced it with crushed rock. They got it done in two days, and were so nice snd respectful of our property. The yard now looks beautiful. We highly recommend Ramos Landscaping!

STOP!! Please be aware!!! These people are non-professional & dont care of about their customers. They quote me for a landscaping job but one day before added more money to the quote. Even after I agreed with that increment, they stopped receiving my calls & no response to my number of SMSs. They wasted my entire time & efforts as now I need to ask other landscaping companies to visit my home for a new quote. You can also notice that no one else has given them any reviews. Other reviews are from themselves. Now I would like other people to be aware of them & go somewhere else for landscaping jobs.
