Aguayo professional gardeners completely transformed our parking strip with beautiful brick/pavers in August. Jose and his men were professional, easy to work with and took our design and improved on our vision with our design and completed the job perfectly. These guys did a great job on my very overgrown yard with multiple larger trees and established bushes. They cleaned all the beds and left no mess. Definitely calling them again!

Aguayo Professional has been maintaining our yard for 7-8 years. They come every two weeks, rain or shine (except snow). The workers are diligent, responsible and never leaving any trash behind. We have a greenbelt in front of our house. In fall, it is really hard to keep our yard clean, but they always manage to keep it presentable. We pay them using our bank's auto-pay, and they always send us email receipts. It is very convenient. We are hoping they will continue to thrive so that we don't have to find someone else to maintain our yard.

If Aguayo were the last landscaper on the planet, I wouldn't use them. We had major work done from them 2 years ago and we are still fighting with them about fixing the problems we are having. Our backyard has been unusable since they finished the job. Unfortunately, we made a HUGE mistake paying half the job in cash and they gave us NO INVOICE for the work but I have documented photos and videos of the work they've done along with saved text conversations from the last 2 years. We have no grass, it's just a nasty clay mess from the sod they used. The drainage they installed doesn't work so whenever it rains our yard floods. The irrigation system they installed was done illegally and doesn't work. They NEVER respond to texts unless you contact their insurance to file a claim. They agreed to redo the drainage in are yard 2 months ago and I get the same excuse week after week, "oh we're too busy we'll come next week". We've decided we're just going to file a lawsuit because they shouldn't even be in business. Terrible company, terrible communication, terrible work!

This company was recommended by my husband's coworker. We have an acre of property and had them quote and propose landscape design for several areas. We decided to try them out with a small portion of the property instead of giving them the whole contract. Thank god we did a trial with them because unfortunately we had a bad experience. We had agreed up front on a price but the owner promised us we would go "plant shopping" once we got to the part where they put plants in the yard. I didn't like the original options that were given to me (quoted for other parts of the yard) and made it explicitly clear both verbally and email. The project started off well. They re-did the fire pit with sand, mulch, and edging. It looked nice but we noticed drainage issues during a big downpour of rain. The mulch was being washed away and pools of water sat in the pit. They assured us that this would resolved once they finished their work. It never resolved and only got worse with more rain after they finished the project. They put plants in our yard without going shopping with me and a tree we never agreed on. I was concerned because I didn't even know what the plants were, how much maintenance was required, and how big they would get (among other questions). It was like pulling teeth to get them to tell me what they were. I had to ask several times and finally got some blurry pictures back with some of the plants named but not all of them. When I did a search on the plant names, I found tons of variety out there and couldn't make heads or tails of what I actually had in my yard. I found out the tree I never agreed to planting would not actually work in the space in 5-10 years and would require heavy maintenance once established. I specifically asked for plants with little maintenance. They also left some of the plant tags lying around. Thankfully they did because I could use them to deduce what they had actually planted in the yard, but I still found this to be super unprofessional of them. I also noticed the prices on the tags and think I have been way overcharged. Finally, this company decided to remove several rail road ties we had on the property. We used them to keep traffic from going down an alternate path to our home and they were notched out to piece together. When we brought up the issues they told us they lost them. When I pressed them further they brought them back but only brought back one of our notched ones. They said they would pay for a new one, but I have heard nothing more on the matter now that we are paid up. Also, the weeds that they mulched over have already returned. When I confronted the admin (owner's daughter) about this all, she only focused on the rail road ties and nothing else we were unsatisfied with. These folks are terrible communicators and likely will do whatever they want to do on your property without your input. I'd think they would do okay with commercial landscaping but should not be doing residential. This is my first home and our first big drop of money. I'm super upset at the results. Don't hire them if you want any input on what you want done or what they take off your property.

Very Disappointed with this Company, not only are they unprofessional but they are unreliable. They were doing some tree cutting next door and i permitted they use my asphalt driveway expecting them to clean up all the debris but they did not neither did they clean up their "lunch" garbage. The first day they were next door I actually hired them to do some easy yard cleanup . Victor the owner told me he'd charge me $300 and would come by Saturday at 9 am i told him i might be gone running errands and he said its okay just leave me the CASH there and i said i was paying with check and preferred to pay when the job is complete and he seemed un-pleased saying that he gave me a better deal because he was expecting cash but he never mentioned that in the beginning. So on Saturday i waited and waited and they never showed up nor did i receive a phone call with an explanation. I am a business owner myself and this is no way to handle business. If you give a client a date and time you have to respect that appointment or be man enough to call and say you wont be able to make it or simple don't want to complete the job. I recommend you don't waste your time hiring this company they may offer cheap prices but in the end you WILL get what you pay for.
