I hired them last year for a one time lawn aeration. The sales guy told me their plug aerator goes about 6 so I left my grass a little long (like 2). In reality their machine penetrated about 1/2 - 1. In some places it did nothing. I would have been better off renting an aerator and doing it myself. They were on time and did perform the service so I paid them, thinking next time I would do it myself or hire a different company. I thought the transaction was completed. Fast forward a year. Today I got a call from TnT but my phone flagged it as spam so I didnt answer. Fortunately they followed up with a text telling me they had me on their schedule to aerate my lawn the next day. I had to call them to cancel a service I never asked for. I was very clear last year I wanted a one time aeration. Why give me less than 24 hr notice that you plan to perform a service I didnt ask for. Why not call me to set a schedule instead of scheduling it for me. What if I didnt see my text and call to cancel. What if I had moved and didnt even own the same yard they were planning on treating? Im not saying to avoid TnT, but be prepared to deal with some questionable business practices. I told them on the phone and by text to cancel any and all services they have me signed up for. Well see what happens next year.

We highly recommend TNT lawn care. We have worked with David and he stands out for being personal, attentive, and extremely responsive to every concern we ve raised about our plants and yard. His years of experience help distinguish TNT from other service companies. Additionally Austin has offered support and problem solving expertise.

While their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, i found that they used dark patterns in their sales process. My experience: I called for a quote to aerate my lawn. They sent a person to my house that evening after work. That employee was knowledgeable and friendly. He told me that the price would be $50 every three months for lawn treatments and $60 every three months for pest treatments. Now this part was my fault for misunderstanding what he said. What he meant was that lawn treatments are $50 per treatment of which there are seven per year. The pest treatments are $60 per treatment of which there are 4 per year. That is a total of $590 per year. I misunderstood and thought it was $240 per year. Thats my fault. This next part is where I became frustrated with TNT. They said they could aerate my lawn for $150 but they didnt want to do it during the fall because the ground was too hard and it would be a lot of work to get it done. I would have been happy to pay more for them to do the hard work. Since that was the main reason I called for the quote, I told them thank you for coming out, Ill talk about this with my wife and call them back. He asked if I wanted to start the treatments and I said I was interested (at this point I was still thinking it was $240 per year) but Id need to talk to my wife about it. Then he said that I needed to sign his iPad so that he could prove to his boss that he came and gave me a quote. I was busy thinking about getting dinner on the grill so I didnt think about how odd it was for me to sign a quote. A few days later I see TNT employees treating my lawn on the security cameras. Then I get a bill from TNT. I let them know that I didnt realize that I had signed up for the treatment subscription plan. They tell me that they already treated my lawn so I owe them money. So I paid the money, thinking to myself, okay, I allowed myself to get conned, thats my fault. Then a few months later they send me another bill for another treatment. At this point I find out that its $110 everytime they come out to treat the lawn and the pests. So I tell them alright, I definitely need to cancel this subscription because that is allot more than I am budgeting for my lawn care. We will see if they come out again and treat the lawn without approval a third time. If they come out without asking again, I will not be paying because I told them I wanted my subscription cancelled. I understand the first two times were my fault for not paying close enough attention during the quote. But now that Ive specifically told them on the phone that I want them to cancel my subscription, hopefully they dont try to use the excuse of we already treated your lawn, so you have to pay us.

Customer for about a year. They did a pretty good job on the yard. took a 5 month break came back requesting similar pricing and it had rose about 40%. Other providers were happy to compete.

Was a customer for many, many years, but I became tired of the incessant phone calls and emails. The telemarketing vibe is the only reason I moved my business after so long as a customer. Super annoying.

Burned and killed my yard, in the heat of summer over half of my expensive yard is yellow for 2 weeks now.. has not recovered and I terminated my contract when mgr offered nothing to fix the situation...

Used them for 2 years and my yard looked beautiful. Dark green all spring and summer. Customer service is always super nice and helpful. Top notch service and people to deal with. Even got another house to swap to them after seeing our yard!

Spent $1000 with no results. Very nice people but supervisor said he would come by and see for himself twice. That never happened. We were told we would see results after a couple of months. Didnt happen, now the supervisor says oh it takes at least a year. He also said we need to water our 1.98 acres of grass after they treat it. Which wasnt told to us until at the time of purchase. Who would water that much lawn? Come on guys be honest!

I have never used a service for my yard...ever. I grew up a sod farmer s daughter, and currently farm sod and hay and I (thought) know very well about chemical treatments! I don t need someone to tell me what to put on my yard pffsshh! I can just use a little of what ever I am using on the sod farm at the times of year it needs treated. ******WRONG******* When I decided to use TNT, it wasn t because I thought I needed help-I just didn t want to take the time to do it myself anymore. It wasn t an economical decision, it was about convenience. But within the first few treatments MY GRASS LOOKED BETTER THAN ANY GRASS I HAD EVER SEEN- AND I VE SEEN ALOT OF GRASS IN MY LIFETIME. I am being very serious y all - It s like they know some kind of magic or something - How can anyone know, better than I know, what my grass needs!?! They have #MASTERED the steps, ingredients, and timing of their specific treatments 100% correctly. There is no other lawn treatment company in town that I have seen (the little signs they put in the yard tells who) that looks good to me-except for TNT. If you pride yourself on your lawn turf, you owe it to yourself to try TNT. Also, now that they offer insect & pest control, I have hired them for that as well (will update how that goes)

Our yard was full of weeds until TnT starting do regular treatments. Now we dont have to mow as often and our grass has looked healthier. They also can treat for fire ants which has been a huge problem this year. They do a fantastic job and are worth calling to take a look at your yard!
