Showplace Landscape Services in Sherwood

I recently had a fantastic experience with Showplace. When I noticed some movement on my water meter, I started to worry about a possible leak. John and Jake came out quickly and figured out that the issue was with an electrical valve in my irrigation system. They made sure the water meter was no longer moving. Not only did they fix the leak, but they also helped improve my sprinklers to keep my grass healthy. Their expertise and professionalism really impressed me, and they even fixed a leaking toilet while they were here. I can’t recommend them enough for their outstanding service.

I would like to commend Showplace Landscape services for their quick response time ( once they were contacted by the HOA) directly for their assistance regarding my sprinkler system, in particular John Bellanger who went ABOVE and beyond to educate me about the sprinkler systems in my yard and assist with my water feature . What an asset He is to this company ! John gained my utmost appreciation and respect in regards to knowledge , work ethic and response time !!! In my opinion, individuals as this , are the Key components in either appreciation for a company or lack there of 💥🏆 Thank you again !

Showplace is our landscaping company for our HOA in Arbor Station. Our lawns are dead, and our plants are dead and dying. They do a horrible job, our account managers name is John and I have spoken to him numerous times. He says he just drove through and it looks great. A real “show place”, more like a cringy eyesore!!! If you want to see what I’m talking about just take a drive through Arbor Station in Beaverton.

Showplace provides excellent service at competitive prices. Our communities account manager is great to work with and highly responsive to our needs.

My experience with Showplace Landscape Services is that their team consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best service in the Portland metro area. John Shewchuck in particular does such great work, is responsive, responsible and is never afraid to think outside of the box when challenges arise. I have managed Homeowners' Associations for 16 years and without a doubt, Showplace Landscape is my go-to vendor for landscape needs. Highly Recommended!!!

Showplace does the landscape for me paid for by my HOA. They pruned today. In June! You don't prune anything in June! They cut back my lillies which were in bloom. They squared off all my shrubs leaving more than a foot between them. Shrubs are round not square. They cut them back so much they look skeletal. You don't prune in June and the person who did the job was clueless as to how to do it. I am mad and embarrass.Who prunes in June? You don't touch shrubs between March and September. I am putting myself on the list oh houses they aren't to touch! Do not use this service. I really need all new landscape in 3/4 of my yard now. Pics attached!@

Showplace Landscaping performs services for several of the HOA's in my portfolio and does an incredible job. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt, courteous, and amazing communicators. I highly recommend them!!

Showplace has been doing the landscaping for our neighborhood since the area was newly developed and they do an absolutely impeccable job! They responsibly manage the replacement of plants throughout the HOA as needed, get the sprinkler systems for our homes set up and shut down every year, tend to the grass and fertilizing . . . but what is particularly impressive to me is not only the absolute consistency of their top level work but their attention to little details that I'd never consider part of their job. For example, one day I was walking around the neighborhood and kept spotting them on different streets and realized they were driving up and down the streets picking up trash that had blown out of peoples bins on a particularly windy day. It was clearly the end of their shift, but they picked up every tiny little piece of trash in the yards before ending their day. I've also had the opportunity to experience individual service as I hired them to put a drip system in for our back deck. Not only was the service great and reasonably priced, but they were so careful with the installment they didn't harm a single bud on a plant. I'm not a person that frequently writes reviews, and I don't have any friends or relations at the company. But, I felt compelled to write because I have almost 3 years of great experiences with them and I was shocked to see an anonymous reviewer imply that any of these employees would steal from someone in the neighborhood. I've had lots of packages left on my front porch and never had any of the crew steal anything. On the contrary, I really trust, respect and highly recommend the staff at Showplace.
