Mainstream Landscape in Sherwood

Edward, Betsy and co. were fantastic to work with for our backyard project! I was so impressed with how they hauled ass. They operated in such a timely fashion and I found them to be very communicative and professional. I appreciated how they were willing to work with me within my budget and I didn t experience any of those unwanted surprises all consumers dread when it comes time to square up. I Highly recommend they re services! They did the work quickly leaving a beautiful result behind. You won t be disappointed.

Mainstream installed my new paver patio quickly and efficiently, on budget. Now my small backyard looks bigger, is a wonderful use of space and they installed cedar chips to make a very dog friendly space as well.

Edward replaced a retaining wall that was moving north right into my neighbors yard. He took care of everything, designs, plans, permits, even intervened with a disgruntled neighbor. His crew was gracious and efficient. The wall is lovely and will last many a lifetime.

I used Mainstream because their energy and attitude made me feel confident they were right for the job. I was horribly mistaken. The deck was never finished (screws not complete in boards), they didnt cap the sprinkler I told them many times was in the area they were placing the new deck. Now I have a damaging water spraying under my deck. The water feature although lovely was not what I asked for, in fact the part which made it special and unique was the part not done. When I brought my concern to their attention prior to completion they told me I wasnt clear enough and it was my fault because I did not tell their workers it was wrong and stop them. When asked if I was expected to manage their workers I was told yes. I sent no less than 3 emails (likely more) asking when the final sand was going to be laid and last two lights installed. The main work was finished prior to March. Early August I reminded them yet again and was told they already sanded. I had to send pictures to prove otherwise. Their staff finally came out a few days ago to finish after I told them I needed the date and time they were going to arrive. Suddenly there were men in the backyard who let themselves in without myself being notified prior to their arrival. Of course this time we watched them and they began taking apart the stone steps to install lights AND THEY ALREADY HAD LIGHTS. So we had to stop them and tell them where they were supposed to go. Absolutely horrible. Their prices are higher than others and I paid it and regret it. I wish I had gone with someone who listens, charges fairly, manages their team and doesnt try to blame the customer when they are ones to blame. You want to use them, eyeball everything they do at every moment and ask for an itemized task list, not just a cost sheet.

Highly recommend Mainstream Landscape! We had our old, crumbling, concrete patio in the backyard, along with firepit and two walkways, replaced with pavers. Mainstream Landscape did an incredible job! I told Edward, Betsey, and the crew multiple times they were artists based on the results of their work. They are a very friendly and knowledgeable team, and work efficiently and respectfully. Weve had a very good experience working with them and are happy to recommend them to everyone.

They did a great job on a smart patio for my tenants. Im gonna have them back for my own patio!!

They did a wonderful job with the retaining walls in front and back. They answered all questions, performed the work in a timely manner, and the end result was fantastic for a fair price. I would highly recommend, and will use them again!

Very high quality company, does not skimp on any parts. Will do the hard work to do things right, they really concentrate on quality. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if needed. They are not the cheapest for landscape, but you get what you pay for. But I believe more with Mainstream. People are nice and professional.

We had a large project to redo our front and back yard landscaping. It included extended paver patio, paver walkways, new sprinkler zones, new grass, and custom landscape lighting. Very quick response to my initial call. They removed 3 large arborvitae and did a quality paver installation on the side yard. There was a problem during the job with my Comcast cable being cut but it was repaired within 30 mins! Work was great & on time, crews showed up promptly every day and pretty good clean-up also. The owner is very proud of his company and rightly so. Ill definitely call them again for future work.

We have recently had Ed and his team do a paver patio for us in our back yard and it turned out beautiful. Him and his crew had the big job completed in two days and were very professional and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of landscape work!

Edward, Betsy and the whole team at Mainstream made our backyard patio project fun! They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our patio dreams come true. We originally were going to go with a smaller patio because other companies saw our irrigation lines as a problem they couldn t work around but Mainstream assured us they could move them. Our patio ended up being a much larger and usable space thanks to them and we are so excited about it! Even when they ran into issues moving our irrigation and getting it all working they fixed it without hesitation. We are so happy we went with Mainstream and didn t settle for less. The team at Mainstream were professional, and understood what we were looking for. They installed a high quality fence on our property. The job was quoted at much more work but we decided to sell the house. The team at Mainstream took our changes in stride, stood up our fence, and cleaned up really thoroughly. Recommend.

I called Ed at Mainstream Landscaping to help me with a small project related to drainage. Ed showed up the next day and walked me through my options. He was very professional and helped me to understand all my options. His team did the work fast and was such a great job, my wife and I immediately asked him for a full back yard remodel, including a 6 ft retaining wall running nearly 80 ft. We could not be happier with the aesthetics of the wall, fire pit, cedar fencing and quality of the work. It turned out far better than we had ever imagined.
