Unprofessional, Careless, and Ignoring Complaints Commercial Care Landscape Professionals have been a consistent problem for me and many of my neighbors. Over the years, their crew has repeatedly blown mud, rocks, and debris onto my car while working on the property. I’ve tried talking to them about this directly, but they flat-out ignore feedback and continue their careless behavior. It’s not just me—several neighbors have complained about the same issues. Despite this, nothing ever changes. Unfortunately, my apartment manager refuses to confront them or hold them accountable, so the problem persists. This company clearly has no respect for the property of the residents they’re supposed to be serving. If you’re considering hiring them, don’t. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for complaints, and consistent negligence make them a terrible choice.
Oliver, Sandy, Valerie & their team have been taking our Terrene at The Grove property for how many years. Our propertu looks great because of these team. Thank you for all you great work.
agreed with previous review, blasting cars with dirt, rocks, leaves etc. Heading out to my car for work is always a surprise! Hate it. Taking the time to wash my car seems useless now 😂 $40 to park too? TRIPPIN 😂 not cool :/ do better. it’s your job..? I’ll insert photos again next week just to conclude on an ongoing issue/ complaint. Too bad I don’t know where their cars are (:
Do not hire! Cornell Woods Apts did and the workers blast every car in lot with blowers, casting rocks pebbles wood leaves at and onto our cars. Damaging paint denting car bodies. I watched as stones and parking lot debris flew into my car and hit the glass on my car And all over landscaping. Worst company to hire! Zero consideration for our property and people I've ever seen!!!!
These landscapers handle the lawn care of the apartment complex where I reside along with several others in the area. It is rare to get a day of peace: 4-6 days per week I must endure several hours of obnoxious noise from leaf-blowers (where rakes would be more efficient and far less noisy) and lawn mowers. They come when they want with no regard to agreed-upon schedule. They stand around for minutes on end leaf-blowing absolutely nothing, almost like a cartoon depiction of under-managed workers. They also have little consideration for the actual service they provide: thanks to the soil compaction resulting from their insistence on heavy riding lawnmowers, many lawns in our complex now resemble marshes. Commercial Care may have the best prices around but please consider that they actively make the area worse for their efforts.
Valerie and Oliver are some of the best vendors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Communicative, honest and willing to get the job done properly the first time. Clean, well maintained landscaping is a major selling point for most rental properties and Commercial Care manages our landscaping beautifully. They do beautiful holiday setups and decor and I just can’t say enough on how much I would recommend this company.
I'm a Property Manager at a large residential, garden style property in Tigard, Oregon. Our grounds on the property are a huge selling point for our current and prospective tenants. The team at Commercial Care (both labor workers and office staff) are absolutely amazing. My property looks on point on any given day of the week. If there is anything extra services I need from them, I simply reach out to their office and they get it done in less then 48 hours. I have worked with several landscaping companies through out Portland for different properties and never have I experienced the amazing quality of work as well as on-point customer service that I've experienced since working with Commercial Care. I recommend their services to anyone - They are THE BEST!
This company is awful. I am sure they only get jobs by underbidding the competition, because they do a terrible job as fast as possible. This photo is how they trimmed a mature rhododendron that was just before being trimmed a beautiful shrub. Instead of removing the new growth, they took a gas powered hedge shear and chewed it down to a stump. Woody branches as large as one inch in diameter were chewed off. They did this to all the shrubs in the complex.
Commercial Care provides exceptional service to the large garden style community that I manage. Oliver, Valerie, and the entire landscaping crew go above and beyond!
Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Blowing leaves at women and children trying to walk on the sidewalk is extremely poor form and unprofessional. They see that they are doing it and they dont stop to put down their leaf blower or point it a different way.
These guys do weekly ground keeping s for our apartment complex and they are super unprofessional. They have messed with my lawn decor multiple times. They continuous leaf blow our cars for no seeming reason after we ve asked them not to multiple times due to our cars having paint issues. Have reach out several times to the manager and they still haven t fixed it, same crew of guys each time. Don t recommend these guys at all!
Good place to buy cars
Constant noise from leaf blowers and hedge trimmers at my apartment. There should be no reason why they should need to work in one area for over an hour when the complex is so huge. The gas exhaust from the leaf blowers overwhelms my apartment for an entire day after they work here. Dust and foliage gets all over the automobiles in the parking lot.
Started before noise ordinance, and there is alot of people who work night shift. When approached they acted like they couldnt understand or here. Blowing dirt all over my cars and house. Terrible service

Absolutely the best! I hired them to do the landscaping at the property I manage and they are by far the best landscapers Ive worked with professionally in 6 years. Theyre so good we had them come to our house and the crew did a fantastic job! Were super greatful for the friendly team and Oscar is the nicest man!

This is an amazing team. Oliver, Valerie and the team are the best. They come 2to 3 times a week to manage an apartment complex which is alot of work but whenever I have a question or need information the response is immediate and the service is A+++++++. Thank you from The Bluffs

If I can say one thing is that they aren t careful with your vehicles. Talk about honesty but they re not. Make sure to have cameras on your property!!!!! I ve had both of my new trucks hit and they only said something about the second incident because they where caught right away and confronted, plus on camera. The first incident they denied and say they didn t hit my truck but hey what a coincidence that it happens 2x!!!!!! Very disappointed. But hey that s why they re very low rating. Now let s talk about Oliver one of the owners who s a very dishonest person yet he came to my residence and SEEN the mess near my vehicles but you know what the first incident they still haven t paid for the damages!!!!!! I can t stress enough on how much camera equipment can really save you time and money!! That s one thing though you can t lie in video. But like I said the first truck they hit they still haven t paid damage.
Very exceptional work crew is super careful with all the plants. Clean up is always top notch and been very satisfied with their service.
