Fantastic customer service and thorough job! While away on vacation, we got a big dump of snow over several days which wasn’t forecasted. I sent out a bunch of emails to several snow removal companies and Trudy was the only one that got back to me. She said they had to tend to their contracted clients first but could squeeze us in the next few days. The next day I got an email saying they’d be able to do it that afternoon and the price was reasonable! I got an email with before and after pictures showing how well it was cleaned. Well run company and will definitely do business with them in the future.
I cannot say enough positive things about Tanner and his team. I am beyond impressed. In todays market, it is difficult to find someone who cares, has integrity and gets the job done right. From the initial meeting to the current state of my landscaping, WOW. The communication from Tanner was way more than expected, very impressed with how i was kept in the loop about the project. Everytime someone was coming to my house, I was made aware. The job site was kept very clean and all the debris was cleaned up. Tanner and his team were able to turn our messy front yard into a masterpiece, they really made the vision come to life! Once again, thank you to Tanner and LLPS for the first of many jobs well done! Tanner and his team were AMAZING! He handled everything, working to get permits, working with a variety of different subcontractors, keeping me personally informed every step of the way. We did the landscaping as part of a Hot Tub project. Tanner also navigated working with Artic Spas to make sure his vision of the landscaping worked with the needs and specifications for the hot tub. He also provided detailed explanations where there needed to be changes and modifications to the original plans and ideas. If I ever needed any other landscaping done, LLPS would be my first and only choice.
Needed major landscaping done. Called LLPS, came next day and received a quote in 24hrs. The crew came in 2 weeks and got the work done. They use top tier sod and did an awesome job with rocks/dog run, as well installed a tree for us. The owner Tanner and his crew are extremely professional and friendly. Will use this company for future work.

Cost was in line with what we discussed and adjustments were made throughout the work to align with my requirements and vision for the work. Always on time, employees are trained to respect the property owner as well as to leave the property in good order after the job is completed. Let me give you some back story. My 100 year old character home had grotesquely overgrown back yard when I moved in. The previous owners badly neglected it, and it was so overgrown with shrubs and weeds that I could not see to the back fence. A rented chain saw cleared them out, but it revealed a much bigger problem. The yard was sloping towards the house, and it was not a space we could use or enjoy. I hired Labrecque Landscaping Experts to fix the grade, clear out the old compacted soil, bring in sod, build a limestone path to the back gate, and bring in soil for a vegetable garden. Basically it was a complete facelift for the back yard. I was very impressed with Tanners team. They were on time, friendly, and professional. They transformed my yard from an embarrassment to something I actually want people to see. There were no surprises in the invoice either, and the quality of the work is top score. I am looking forward to having them fix up the front yard next year.
We started using tanner and his crew coming into winter and these guys was awesome they was onto it every time it snowed quickly also did amazing job every time thank you and your crew very much for this winter it was a rough one looking forward for the summer time maintenance
I have used LLPS for 7 or 8 years and have had very good experiences on both routine jobs (spring clean up etc), and larger landscaping initiatives. I would say that the overarching theme that I have consistently noticed is their consultative approach. They really try to drill down to my underlying needs/desires and present appropriate options accordingly. They are good listeners and always clearly outline the respective pros and cons associated with different options. I have never felt sold to, they merely try to get the job done to my satisfaction and ensure that there are no disappointments. I am usually surprised to the upside, as they try to go the extra mile and quite obviously take pride in what they do. Crews arrive on time, get the job done as described and are generally polite. Prices are also quite reasonable.

Tanner is incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Tanner needs a complete attitude overhaul. He should take courses in customer service and how to speak to others in a professional manner.

We booked Tanner and his crew to come and do some landscaping in our front flower bed. We asked him to remove a tree, grind out the stump and prep the flower bed with new dirt for planting. They did an amazing job and we love the way our front yard looks now.
I hired this company to take out an old flower bed and have it replaced with a weed mat and wood chips. Tanner was very confident he could do the job to my satisfaction so I gave him the go ahead. A reasonable job of removal and installation went well. I paid over $2000 for this. Shortly after the installation grass was growing though the fabric. When I brought this to his attention I saw the other side of him. In his opinion the work was adequate .my concerns seemed minimal to him. I had earlier canceled his lawn mowing and snow removal service because of his attitude toward me and the way he handled my concerns. When questioned about the reason for the grass growing through the fabric he tried to say because he no longer has a contract for services he can t be held responsible for what was obviously bad workmanship. Perhaps some seed somehow jumped onto the flowerbed and that was probably the problem He offered no resolve other than to come out and spray the grass. His condescending attitude made me very confused as to why someone who I paid to do a job wouldn t stand behind his work. He promised to bring rocks for the garden but it took me numerous attempts to finally get them delivered. My satisfaction was not on his mind. He d been paid in full long before this. I see numerous positive reviews about his work but there are some who don t appreciate his arrogance. Beware of this guy if you don t happen to like his work or something isn t right. I ve learned an expensive lesson. Other landscaping companies have told me his way out of line in his assessment of his bad work.

After trying many companies for winter snow removal we finally found the perfect one! The are always here as soon as the snow stops falling and they do a great job. Our side walks look awesome and they are very careful with our outdoor light fixtures. Both my husband and I are super happy and we will be using them from now on. LLPS have served us so well, loved Raven in the Summer and Mark for snow removal. Mark came even for the slightest shift of snow, taking precautions, placing ice melt where necessary.

Having only a very small front yard, and no backyard, it was difficult to find a lawn service who would take us on. LLPS has been cutting the lawn this season and we couldn t be happier. Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service. Even with the big bump of snow we received this week Tanner and his crew had our driveway and sidewalks cleared in record time. The snow was cleaned off right down the the cement and they even applied a salt mixture for good measure. I even seen one of his helpers (Alex) move my trash cans and clean behind them. Great service for a very competitive price. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for snow removal.
