We had our old wood deck removed and replaced with stone steps to a stone patio. Yard was completely redone with areas for our hot tub, fire pit, shed and above ground pool. Looks great. Very unprofessional. Started work on our yard June 7 2021 dug up around all our sprinkler heads & started removing large cedar trees. Front panel of fence removed. called by the business manager that afternoon to discusss scope of work. He & the estimator met at our home after 3 pm to inform us the retaining wall was not included in the quote.That evening Greg estimated the wall for $25,000. We ask him just to do the other work ie redo the borders, part of sod etc ($17,000). He only wanted to do the retaining wall. Emails back & forth from June 7-19. I had a conversation with him about the cost of the retaining wall before starting work he could not recall the conversation.The retaining wall was on the drawing and edited before the final estimate. When we ask to meet in person to discuss this he longer wanted to do deal with us anymore. Told us the City of St. Albert would not allow them to use the back walkway to enter our backyard. Had to enter thru our front lawn and ruin the grass. When we called the City they said it was not a problem.

They were professional, polite, and accommodating to multiple changes in the design process. The final grade was done quickly and passed on the first inspection. We would use them again for sure.

Little Creek ticks all the boxes for me! Professional, high quality work, timely, and cost effective. I had tried to start my project late in the season last year, and Little Creek tried to accommodate me. The season ran to an end and so we put things on hold until the spring following. They held the quote without raising prices and set to work as soon as they were able. The team was very easy to work with and they did an excellent job. Thanks Little Creek Landscaping for the clean up job on my water line trench. Trench was filled, leveled, dirt covered and grass planted. Bonus the clay pile was removed and a few extra lawn holes filled in and reseeded as well, appreciate that it looks great. Just waiting for sunshine to grow.

Greg and crew did an amazing job, considering we were the first job of the season and the crews were working out the kinks. Any concerns were addressed immediately, all the people we met were good, hard workers, and all lovely people to deal with. The back yard landscaping we have now was beautifully done, I couldnt be happier with the end result. This company is a local company who have been in this area for years. I had this company do all the landscaping for my property. It included artificial turf installation, a new deck and flower beds. Everything is such good quality, it was not slip-shod work. Every person I interacted with was respectful, professional, just plain good people all around. They also have integrity. The site manager did a bit of an inspection at the end and found that apparently there had been a bit of damage done to the bottom stair of my deck. I had been out there; I never noticed. They could have easily just been like eh, not a big deal but they had their carpenter come back to repair it. The final invoice did come in a bit pricier than expected and they were totally open about why that was. First, a mistake had been made on the square footage (I cant fault them for that, when I tried to estimate the one section of my front lawn I messed that up myself) and second, they used an aluminum edging rather than the cheap plastic edging (which was out of stock). The design was done with the plastic edging. Honestly, the aluminum is a much better product. If it werent for the artificial turf, Id say they have a client for life and I will send anyone that wants landscaping done to this company.

I really wanted a dog friendly back yard and that s exactly what I got. They totally understood what I needed and I love the results. Friendly, hardworking and professional. Totally recommend.

In August we contacted Little Creek Landscaping to help us find solutions for a slumping uneven backyard on our acreage and for easier and safer access to our deck and for use of our riding mower. Gregg responded quickly and came out to discuss our concerns. He listened very carefully. offered his view on what could be done and when and how long it might take. Within a few days he had provided us with a detailed budget for the project. We appreciated that his recommendations reflected the character of our wooded property and that he didnt attempt to upsell or expand the project which might have been tempting. He made a return visit to clear up some details we didnt understand. The project began promptly in early September and was completed within the time frame outlined, with a brief stoppage for rain. David, the foreman on the project, was great and fun to deal with; he explained each stage of the work, was very efficient, enthusiastic, and thorough. We were impressed with Little Creeks efforts throughout to restore to its previous state any part of the yard (driveway, front yard, etc.) which had been disturbed by machinery or materials. Gregg and David gave very helpful and specific instructions on how to maintain the sod for the rest of the season. We were very pleased with the final result of a level yard, a solid attractive retaining wall, and the most beautiful grass weve ever had. We were so pleased with the results and with the ease of dealing with Gregg and the Little Creek company that we engaged them in a second project in October. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering landscaping work on their property.

I had Little Creek come in to regrade my property, as the area around my house had sunk almost 4 in 50 years.They removed all my sidewalks, striped most of my grass off in less than a day. Road crush was hauled in to raise up my old paver patio. Fresh top soil to help with the grade of the property. A new 10 x 7 deck was built off the front stairs, all new sidewalks poured and new sod laid, as well they relaid 2100 paving stones for the patio all of this work done in one week. This was a great company to work with good communication, always showed up when they said they would. Great value for the money spent, and a follow up after the job was done to make sure I was happy. If I have more work to do in the future I will deal with Little Creek again Gary

My wife and I were extremely happy with the results of our landscaping project. We provided Greg with a fairly detailed sketch of what we envisioned our backyard to look like including the type of stone and edging stone. From the quote stage to completion Greg remained available and responsive. Due to weather issue s our project start date was a moving target, Greg kept us up dated on the start date of project and how long it would take for completion. Once started the project was completed on time and within the original quote. Greg let us know that while the original quote included all anticipated expenses we would only be charged for the work and expenses incurred, which is exactly what happened. By the time our project started the stone that we had selected was in extremely short supply. Greg and his site supervisor, Corey, went out of their way to source enough stone for us. Stone was sourced from as far away as Fort Mcmurray and Cochrane. Greg was extremely fair with the additional cost of obtaining the stone in Cochrane. Corey the, site supervisor, made the trip to Cochrane at 5:30am to pick up the stone required to complete the project. He left at 5:30am so he could back to the job site as early as possible, he was back by 12:30 and finished the full days work. Corey and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Once our project started, Corey and his team were very punctual and he kept us updated on next steps and anticipated completion date. The whole team was great to deal with and were responsive to last minute requests and minor tweaks during the project. They were able to make landscaping changes on the fly when they encountered unexpected issues with the original plan. They also corrected an issue with a stain that appeared in the concrete before the project was completed. We are very happy with the final outcome.

We hired Little Creek to do some renovations to our back yard. They came out to see what the situation was, and identified a major problem in an area we hadnt even considered to be an issue. Fixing it was the right thing to do, and even though it took budget away from all the features we wanted in our yard, Im glad its fixed properly. We have a good start on our dream back yard now. The landscaping crew was efficient, respectful, and the work site was tidy at the end of every day. Materials that were on the road were always marked off with pylons. My neighbors also commented that the workspace was very tidy. We would hire this crew back any time for more improvements!

I needed my acreage driveway and yard snow plowed in order to have the water delivery truck come. Little Creek Landscaping responded the next day. The operator came to the door to get instructions on what I needed done which was important so the water pipe access was not blocked with snow piles and the driveway grading was not compromised. An excellent job was done and the operator was courteous and professional.

we just had a stone retaining wall installed on our property and a bit of landscaping done. Initially we were very indecisive about what product we wanted and Greg was very patient with us and assisted with options and estimates of cost. We found their pricing was very fair and other places quoted us higher prices for lesser product. Corey was our onsite foreman and him and his crew were fantastic! They were helpful with suggestions on what we could do for plants along the wall that we had not thought of. When we were a little unhappy with the initial look they changed it no questions asked, despite it being a LOT of extra work. The wall looks amazing and we have had a number of compliments on how it looks. They were patient, polite and very professional. We would recommend Little Creek Landscaping and plan to use them for future jobs on our property.

The team did a great job on a walking path we had installed along the side of the house. It was a difficult slope to work on as it went along the side of a walkout basement. The crew and owner were experienced and were very helpful when we had additional questions throughout. We would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future!

Everything about our landscaping project went very smoothly (other than the rain but that s on Mother Nature). The project was started quickly, took very little time and we are completely satsified with the result -specially how lush and green our sod is. Obviously the very best products were used. Other than a small hiccup with a ridiculously large tree root the quote was bang on with the estimate given. Julien was a great foreman, he knows his stuff! We had a landscape designer draw up detailed plans for our front yard. It was a complete rework of the yard. We contracted Little Creek to do the work. We are very pleased with the results. Richard, who led the work crew, was very easy to deal with. When decisions were required, he offered great alternatives to choose from. We would recommend Little Creek in a heartbeat!

We contacted Littlecreek because of these great reviews, to completely landscape our front and back yard. We met with Will who we were impressed with and signed up for the design process ($1700) while at our home - he looked at our property, took photos and we discussed in great length what we wanted to do. We paid a 50% deposit upfront. After waiting 2 months with no contact - we contacted him again only to find out that Will had left. They assigned another designer, Shannon who designed our landscape from the photos and notes Will had left. It was nothing like what we had wanted or discussed. I sent Shannon my own drawings/design and after several more attempts she finally got it right. Shannon never came over to our home to meet us or look at our property. When she sent me the final design papers, there was no 3D model. When I asked her about this, her reply was that oh yes, you do have a 3D model in your contract after all) which proves to me she didn t even know what we had signed up for) It took her another 2 weeks to provide the 3D model, which to this day I cannot open. In the meantime, we consulted with other landscape designers who have found several things on our design won t work because of drainage issues and the front walk doesn t line up with the boulevard walk (it lines up with a large boulevard Elm tree), so that will have to be changed. I can only assume Shannon might have spotted/known these problems had she have bothered to see our property. All in all, a frustrating/costly experience. We would not recommend and we wont be using them for the actual job if this is their work ethic.

I will never recommend this company to anybody, not even my worst enemy They broke a line in our sprinkler system & tried to blame it on my sprinkler guy. Realized they were wrong & tried to fix it. Our tree next to it flooded and died. Said they couldn t replace it without us paying for delivery & labour charge ($400??) well...that replacement tree is dead again. Never again! Husband should have done more research

Our condominium corporation requested a number of companies to quote on a landscaping project. Little Creeks quote was detailed and the price was fair. They started the project on time and the crews were very professional and more than willing to make changes as requested. The job was completed on time and the work exceeded our expectations. There was very little disruption to the condo residents and the area was kept clean and safe. We are planning our 2019 projects with Little Creek Landscaping. We cancelled our contract with little creek because we lost faith in the company and felt uncomfortable moving forward for the following reasons . 1) Compared to other companies quotes it was not detail oriented and missed components of the deck 2) Every other company offered to help with the permit free of charge or give us measurements required to process the plans. We were told by little creek they didn t have time and would charge us if we needed drawings. My wife and I found this unprofessional. 3) We were informed that I would have to pay for whatever damage caused by crews /equipment in the backyard if I wanted it fixed after the project was done .This was an expensive job and little creek doesn t have the decency to sprinkle some dirt and seed at a bare minimum to keep its customer happy ? That s just a joke Contract stated little creek would refund our money within 15 days . We cancelled our contact sept 3rd. The next day I received the following text . From the company Thanks for cancelling after putting all this work in and time. All the best - I didn t even respond to the passive aggressive text, thanks for the professionalism little creek I called 3 times and sent 4 text messages asking for my initial deposit back over the course of 15 days .Everytime I was met with empty promises that it would be returned . My wife and I had enough so we wrote a bad review at 4:30 pm Sept 17. Literally 24 minutes later we received an email from little creek with our deposit in an e transfer . They didn t call or text to notify us that it was coming . THEY DID make sure to write us a response defending their stance they did not break the contract . Which I can t ague , after waiting an entire 15 days little creek gave us our money back 6 minutes from closing at 5 pm. This company caused me and my pregnant wife a significant amount of stress over the past 3 weeks. I m astounded a company like this can stay in business . Please stay away from this company

I was personally referred to them through a friend of mine when my company was looking to update our landscape out front of the office and I was completely blown away with the extent of the services they provide. I have been trying to get a quote from these guys for 2 months now. Every time I call, they say they will get it to me by end of day. I cant even tell you how many times theyve told me this. It was a huge waste of my time. Im moving on if this is how they do business.

Unfortunately, Will the consultant did not follow landscaping design- went forth with own design which then produced a very UNSAFE rock path that has caused 2 injuries & was not wanted: refuses to repair unless paid to do so. Initial consult was handled professional after that it was a chaotic mess- labourers conducting work had no design nor direction, had to stop labourers due to design NOT being which was discussed. Materials discussed not used!! Very poor customer service on Wills part!! Strongly suggest seek another company to do landscaping!

In searching for a landscaper in the summer of 2016 my wife and I began to get a little bit jaded at the process when we were interviewing prospective contractors. After meeting with two other companies we finally met with Greg at Little Creek to landscape our front yard. Immediately we chose to go with his company as he was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly not condescending like the other companies we had encountered. Greg coordinated and executed beautiful work. Each step along the way the workers would check to ensure that we were pleased with the work that was being done and ensured that our vision was being brought to life, which it was. Also, the workers were always kind and interactive with my children, and they kept wanting to go outside to visit with the workers. This summer we decided to get some more landscaping work done. With our grass in the backyard lacking the necessary topsoil necessary to thrive we wanted to re-sod and add some plants. Without hesitation we immediately called Little Creek as we were extremely pleased with the whole process from the year before. This time I dealt with Will, and he paralleled all of the professional qualities that we had seen in Greg from the year before. Unfortunately, once the beautiful work had been completed we received an abundance of rain, which drowned the new plants. While this is typically and uninsurable and unpredictable event, Will felt bad for our luck and without prompting or pleading from me, offered to replace them free of charge. I can t say enough good things about our experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs to have any landscape work done.

Will was honest and accommodating. We were unable to be on site for the quote so he emailed a great plan for your yard. His team went above and beyond and did a great job. Greg and his team at Little Creek Landscaping provided great service from initial planning all the way through to project completion and all work was completed with excellent quality. The initial project included a complete redesign and replacement of front and backyard. As additional challenge, we had an issue with a backyard sloping towards the house. Greg provided us with several creative options and we ended up with a small retaining wall and an underground drain to the back alley. It not only looks beautiful, but also works perfectly. All work was done within the promised time and Greg was on site frequently to oversee progress and provide us with updates. We continue to use the services of Little Creek for various add-ons and we enjoy every day we can spend in our outdoor space.

Little Creek Landscape is a company full of talent, with lots of experience, they are great landscapers. William Packolyk is the Landscape Architect that I have the pleasure to work it, and I can say that he is a very, very good conceptual designer with lots of good ideas in how to make a beautiful yard. He has a very good understanding how to create different and interesting spaces on a yard. He also has a very deep knowledge on the technical side of the design, he knows the detail and especially he has clear understanding how to do the construction in reality. Little Creek Landscaping was a pleasure to work with. Greg and his crew were extremely polite, respectful and helpful. They answered any questions I had, and was very professional about it. Their quality of work was amazing, and their site clean up was spot on (it was like they were never there each day). They have great attention to detail and get it done right the first time.
