Amazing work and a great deal

Yeah, called Yard Doctor to go and mow my rental property yard, he said they could go out on Thursday, never showed up, never returned my calls when I followed up with him. Avoid, not dependable. Would give less than star if possible.

They do an amazing job!!! The best In north Texas!

Tim did a great job mowing one of my newly acquired residential lots in Denison that was neglected by the previous owner. He was very responsive, easy to contact and did a fantastic job. He provided me with an estimate promptly and was able to squeeze me in on a short notice. He was very professional and sent me photos of the lot after he was done. The online payment flexibility made it so easy. I will be using him for all my investment properties and highly recommend him.

I do not normally leave reviews but Tim is the best I have spoken to and had the pleasure of working with. My mower broke a few months ago and I called all around in a bind. Tim was the only one who offered to come out and cut my lawn without charging me a weekly/monthly fee whether I had lawn service or not! Instead of using him for the one month, I have now used his services for 3 months and hope to have him come back next year. He is very responsive and does a great job. Thank you Tim!

Tim is great to work with. My lawn was thin and weed infested. His fertilizer and weed spray routine quickly converted it into a thick green carpet. He checks my yard often to see how it s doing. He ll spray touch up spots between the whole yard applications - at no additional charge. The other guys charge much more and force you to their schedule where fertilizer and weed killer are applied at the same time whether it s needed or not. I highly recommend him!

I see a lot of positive reviews, I wish I had a positive experience. Im a disabled vet and am limited on how much Im able to do and needed some help, I had to fire Tim for refusing to mow the back 2/3rd of my back yard saying nah, itll die, no point in mowing it despite the problems I told him I was having with snakes and my dogs. I need to be able to see the dangers in my back yard and I need to be able to navigate a YARD not a JUNGLE! Now, 6 months later, hes hounding me for another payment even though I paid for the last time you came despite not doing the 1 specific thing I needed help for in the first place! Ill just pop more pills and do it myself.....

I reached out to Tim, wanting a quote on my lawn and Hedge care. I have never had this done before, and I figured I would spoil myself. Tim was quick to get out to the house that same day. He did let me know that he didnt have the equipment to do the hedges. He referred me to someone who could help me. Though I wasnt able to do business with the Yard Doctor, he was quick to respond, and provided a solution to the issue.

It is not often that you find such a reliable person as Tim. My yard has never looked this good. I am currently on a schedule but he is always flexible if I need to change dates.
