Heath an Mindy repaired French drains for me and turned an area that often stood in water during heavy rains into a rock garden. They were very professional and friendly with great advice. Through the process, I was given updates and explanations. Mindy even filled a planter that was put up on my fence. I am very pleased with their work and the personal touch. I will use their services again.
Heath and Mindy have been taking care of my yard for 15+ years and I wouldn't have anyone else! They do a great job every time, and they have great suggestions when things need to be changed or spruced up. I had tree limbs down from the most recent storm and they were there before I called them to get them taken away!
OMG! This small business deserves a 10! Mindy and Heath were so easy and fun to work with. They're kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and prompt. They tore out the existing beds and planted all new plants, Texas weather friendly plants and low maintenance. Mindy did ALL the designing herself, she came up with a beautiful display of color and textures to match our rock farmhouse style home. We are beyond excited with our new landscaping and look forward to using their service this summer.
This was my first experience with a professional landscaping service. I was very pleased with Heath and Mindy. They were very willing to do what I wanted and quick to offer great ideas when I wasn’t sure what to do. They used quality materials and beautiful healthy plants from Twin Oaks Nursery that had freeze and drought resistant properties to insure low maintenance, longevity, and low water needs. The install was completed when promised which was huge to me. I enjoyed visiting with them so much, I let them install my Christmas lights. Another great job completed on time!
Heath and Mindy have been with our family for 20+ years and 3 houses. They have done everything from new landscaping and maintenance to replacing trees and doing our Christmas lights every year. They are great at what they do and great people! Our yard always looks beautiful. Mindy is always very quick to respond to any and every question or idea I have.

PLC has been handling all my landscaping needs for many years now.They have been especially great while I have been travelling.We have used mowing sodding,shrub trimming you name it they have handled it.I have complete confidence in them.If I were better at this I could post all sorts of photos,Maybe Mindi can do it!
Heath and Mindy Pell have maintained our lawn weekly now for over 10 years, and have also installed our holiday lights a few times too! Over this past winter, we had a retaining wall and fence constructed to help with soil movement on our side yard. We asked them to come look at the area to determine what was needed to solve drainage issues and finish the area. They came out to view the retaining wall, determined more topsoil would be needed, drains to be connected to their respective down spouts, soil graded so that water flows away from the foundation vs. under it, and lastly to sod over the new topsoil to further prevent erosion. Yes, this small business is very busy but they are worth the wait! It was even determined that less material was needed than originally quoted, so they reduced the final cost!

We have been with Pell Lawn Care for almost 4 years. We love the service we receive from them. We REALLY enjoy the fact that instead of multiple people showing up who dont know your property, we get the exact same people showing up each week. They know our property very well and tend to it as if it is their own.

I saw their ad on the internet and called to inquire if they would do my drainage job which I considered a small job. They said let us look at what your needs are and then well know if we have the equipment your job requires. They quickly arranged to come and visit my home and the drainage problem. They had some additional ideas after seeing what I needed. Their ideas would be less expensive and take less time. Just what I wanted to hear. I signed on the dotted line and about 7 days later job was done, repair looks good, French Drain now functioning like it was designed to. Oh my gosh ! I had looked for a contractor for over 6 months. This is a family owned business I have used for 2 generations. They do meticulous, high-quality work and I love the end result.
Absolutely in love with this company! They came out put the lights on the house, yard and fence.. then came back that evening to make sure that everything was working correctly with the timers. This is the second year having them come out. If there was any issues at all they would come out and fix it. Love that when the season is over they come back to put things up neatly in tubs. No hassle at all! I highly recommend them for your Christmas lights!

I have worked with PLC for the past 4 years to do the installation of the Holiday Lights at the entrance to the Estates on Legacy Subdivision. The light are beautiful and the decorations are always festive. I would highly recommend them to anyone from a homeowner to a whole subdivision to help with the holiday lighting or Christmas decorations. Great to work with and always responsive.
