Houses are TRASH. There is nothing good to say about the builder. I would give 0 stars if available. Every aspect a problem. Do not use.

JLS installed my sprinkler system, was very satisfied. But years later need help, no response to phone calls and messages. Trying to find someone else to help me.

Absolutely terrible experience. Hired them for a complete rehab on the landscaping around our house. We requested a low maintenance dessert look. Now after 1 yr and $14,000 we have dead plants, an irrigation system that isn’t working, no follow up and a lot of broken promises. They will not even return our calls at this point.

JLS did landscaping for me. Grade the yard, sod and flower bed. Fantastic work; they were on time, professional, cleaned up when done and competitively priced. Two months later my yard looks great. Super “curb appeal “. Best I can say is, I’ll have them back to do the next job I need done.

If I could rate 0 stars for JLS I would. DO NOT buy a new build from JLS. Once you sign that doted line even though you have a builders warranty they WILL NOT come fix anything. A/C broke, dishwasher not working, pool broke, fence is broken. I've called 6x to get a list of all paint colors for my house and his office tells me that they will email them and NOTHING !!!! Spoke to Jason personally and he always tells you what you want to hear and then NEVER delivers on his promises. Neighbors have roof shingles missing, carpet and hard wood flooring coming up and has not been able to get JLS to fix it. This company needs to stick to landscaping not home building. Cant stress enough that buying a home built by him is a bad idea. All those cute little homes popping up behind target that are Farmhouse dreamy, if it has a JLS sign out front DON'T DO IT !!!

I agree, I took off work to meet them at my house for a quote, and I called them because they were hour and a half late, I actually waited another 30 min. after being told they would call the guy, and again, they never showed up. No call, nothing. I guess they already have all the money they need. Good thing, their not getting mine now!!

No responses from them. I've emailed over 4 times to get a response on something I was billed for (and not completed). Getting a quote was very easy, but then no response (except to tell me they were on vacation) and would get back to me on a date to complete work. I never heard from them (after multiple attempts) and even started looking for someone else to complete the project and POOF, they showed up one day to complete the project with no communication. *I will say they did a good job on the actual work, but HORRIBLE at communication. And never mind a response when you are charged for something and didn't get it completed.

Fixed most of my irrigation issues (caused some, but fixed and then charged me). Very hard to get a hold of anyone at the office and won't return calls. Simple preference instructions of call ahead and review of what was done does not happen. They just arrive unscheduled and leave.
