Nathan, Luke and the team are awesome. We love our new patio space and gardens. They stayed on top of things and made sure everything was on scheduled. They returned phone calls/text messages. After many unforseen speedbumps with our project with another contractor before we could even sign and deposit we made the decision to sign a contract with All in One Landscaping. Wow I must say from the first moment Nathan Rose met with us for an estimate we could already recognize we made a perfect choice. We throughly discussed our vision and Mr. Rose asked questions and made suggestions regarding some of the ideas we had. We had previously been told some things needed to be built a certain way and with particular materials. Mr. Rose suggested we meet him at the supply company to show us the ideas available to elevate our project to the next level. He showed us our project could be built to have everything match. We had previously been told that several of our wishes couldn't be done. As I stated there were so many speedbumps and issues before meeting Mr. Rose. We are beyond blessed that All in One Landscaping was interested in helping us achieve a gorgeous cohesive matching flawless serene area in which to relax to enjoy our grandchildren running in the yard. Mr. Rose and his team all of which I don't know everyone's name but Luke, Amy, Scott, Jose just to name a few were all fabulous and really take great pride in doing not only a great job. They also treat a customer like a friend not just a dollar sign. They always asked at each step "is this area what you expected." The entire team every step of the way always checked in to make sure all is what we wanted for our vision and if something was not quite on point they took extra steps to make sure they designed all as we wanted. We are very thankful and grateful we met Mr. Rose and his team. We definitely will recommend them for any and all landscape or hardscape needs. As you can clearly see from our before and after pics they did a spectacular job. We had taken down a pool. The deck needed replacing before pool came down but I wanted entire yard project done at once not in stages as not to have to make constant changes and not have a seamless project. Thanks Mr. Rose again and your team for giving us better than we imagined We will enjoy our new area for many years to come. Little backstory for getting a retaining wall built and landscaping redone. Over a year ago I started looking to have this work done. I talked to well over a dozen landscapers and got multiple quotes. Most landscapers acted like they didn’t want to do a job as big as mine, were very inconsistent in calling me back, or couldn’t provide cost breakdowns. Ok all caught up now. All in One Landscaping came out the day after I called. The owner gave me a very fair price on the spot, then provided a cost breakdown in writing with pictures of what it would look like. They got to work almost immediately tearing everything out and building it back up, finishing the job in 3 days! On the last day I had asked if there was any extra dirt if they could leave it so I could do a little grading and they did it for me (way better than I could have). Then they put some sod they had left over down for me. I’ve been dreading this for over a year and All in One made it better than I could have wished for. Looks great, cost was right, and the experience was by far the best of all the landscapers that came out before them.
Nathan and his team completely exceeded our expectations with a new retaining wall. From the very first interaction with Nathan all the way through to the final meeting, our satisfaction was his primary concern. The crew was professional, efficient and kept the site clean and organized. Nathan promised completion within a week and he and the team delivered. We are very pleased with the final product and will recommend All In One Landscaping to others.

Nathan and his team replaced our falling and rotting railroad tie retaining wall with a new one! We are SO impressed with the work done. Once they had their hands on the material, they completed it in less than 3 full days. It looks awesome and makes such a huge difference to our backyard!! They definitely paid attention to detail - even cleaning up each day - which we appreciate SO much and goes a long way!! Highly recommend.

I live in Louisville, KY and I really needed help with getting my grass cut on a weekly basis and possibly have it re-sodded. I just had so much trouble with maintaining it in the past. After going through several lawn care companies, I decided to give All-In-One Property Management a try. They came to my home and really provided me with a customized plan to get my lawn back on track. Their team is consistently on-time every week to cut my grass. They re-sodded my lawn and it looks so good now that even my neighbors are jealous. I highly recommend All-In-One Property Management!
It was a pleasure working with Nathan and his crew. Nathan has a vision for how to make your project successful. He reviews the plan with pricing before starting work and will make change orders and/or additions quickly. Our job took about 1 week to complete and was fairly extensive. He and his team were very responsive which was important to me and my husband. We will be using him again. He has made a long term customer of us.
