I went there to ser about getting a quote to clean up the yard in a property of mine. I walked around fir about 10 minutes and went into the greenhouse, etc., trying to find an employee and I didn't see anybody around, so I left. I also tried calling and nobody answered. Oh, well.

Went above and beyond the expectation. Knocked out our project in a timely manner. However, had more projects to do the next year, and no follow up...even told them to call us to talk about it

They came to my house and told me they would come up with a plan and present me with a quote. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard back from them. They told me it would be a couple days. Interesting it took an inquiry on their website and three phone calls to get them to come out the 1st time and then I have yet to hear back from them 2 weeks later. Must be comfortable with the clients they have and not worried about new customers.

They refuse to return phone calls ive called them 3 times and left a voicemail with my phone number every single time I take care of a hundred and thirty Apartments you would think that a landscaping company would be able to contact somebody back
