Clean-Cut has done various projects for me over the last few years. This trip they trimmed shrubs, cleared some land, and graded a driveway. As usual they did a great job at an affordable price. Chase keeps me informed prior to the visit, and arrives when promised. Doug and John were excellent at carrying out the jobs as requested. Clean up after the job was great.

I had yard drainage problems and Chase, Doug and John were the absolute best at conquering it! They were so positive even with the set backs my yard gave them. They took their time and triple checked their every step. I wished they did everything, I would never call anyone else! We used Chase and the Clean-Cut team for the first time on one of our new rental properties several weeks ago. They actively listened to what we hoped to achieve and offered their recommendations on the best methods. Estimation was very prompt and we quickly moved forward with the go-ahead. The finished result was phenomenal. The concrete driveway and walk way glistened like new, and the vinyl house looked freshly painted after the wash removed residue, etc.. I am super pleased w all the work Clean Cut Property Services did on my home! They cleaned the gutters, & left no residuals from that task on my property. They pressure washed my house, & it looks as if it has been freshly painted! I have also had them mow my lawn, and I was equally pleased. Chase was prompt and a great communicator on all 3 projects which included power washing pool and deck, cleaning gutters and skylight and pressure washing house, porch and sidewalk. The most impressive thing about Chase is his desire to do a great job. He just wouldn’t give up on a few stains so he returned to my home to try a different approach. after checking prices and talking to homeowners , I learned that his price was very fair. we will definitely use Clean Cut again

I was so very pleased with the great job Clean-Cut Property Services did for us. He had a hard job to tackle for us in cleaning our carport, walkway and deck. Chase and/or employees come by several times a year and weed eat and edge our yard. He has also cut our grass several times, and we have been pleased with everything he has done. Chase is friendly and professional. I highly recommend his business.
