Over promise and under preform

Great place to hire for lawn cutting or any weed pulling or trimming of trees or bushes and shrubs. For sure good on pricing too. Everyone is polite and nice. If your looking for work they always hiring.

2:30am on a Thursday, I wake up to my dog barking like crazy because of 2 snowblowers going! Then I am up wide awake for another 30 minutes because of the noise from the snowblowers! I am pretty sure that is a ticket in most cities! I get that you only have so many snowfalls to make money, but 2:30am!!!

Update - The owner sent a crew out and fixed my fence, very happy with the results! The lawn crew damaged my fence (quite a bit!) in two different places - after at least 9 calls over a months time to the business and owner I received no call back and no response from the agent on the phone. Once I finally cancelled the service the owner called me back and of course promised to fix my fence. That was three months ago and I havent heard a thing. They also went from being a weekly service to showing up at the 10-12 day mark - they corrected that about mid-season after a couple of calls.

I live in a condo complex and Anna Munoz and her crew just finished re-mulching all of our landscaping beds. They did an excellent job. Anna s company is Victory Lawn. I highly recommend them.

We are a new customer and our first service was today. Overall, pretty good. They missed trimming in the corners, left gate open. Knocked downspout extensions off and just left them laying there. Edit: They called me this morning and all minor issues are resolved. I really appreciate the prompt response from Victory.

Zach and Eddie came out for our first mow this season. They were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job on the yard. Our yard is hilly so when they ground is really wet it s easy to damage it with a mower. They were very careful with their mowers on the hills and I didn t see any ruts or damage. We just had our first lawn mowing done yesterday, they did a great job! Mary and Theresa were so nice and wonderful, taking the time to explain things over the phone. The crew that came to do the mowing, was so hard working, got everything done within half an hour. When I had a question regarding the lawn mowing, Steven came by the next day in person to address that concern and provided more lawn care knowledge. Overall, very professional, quick response time, and knowledgeable team!

As a new customer in 2022, I have been pleasantly grateful for the lawn care, pest control, and todays Fall Clean-Up. Todays team led by Diego were outstanding. The vendor last year was terrible, sloppy fall clean-up and over charged me. I met Steve Young, manager of the crew who performed todays work and told him how efficient and thorough his Crew performed. I am very disappointed in their performance . They broke 8 sprinklers head this year. On the websie, it indicates report the incident immediately. I did exactly what they said, and got no relief. I been with the company for years and never made a complaint. I should have know better, they often cut my grass after it rain, causing my lawn to turn to dirt

I didnt use their service personally but worked on the same property as them doing power washing while they did landscaping for the same customer. The guys on the job were Patrick, Connor, and Rafael. They were incredibly helpful to us throughout the entire job, working around us and still doing a great job for the customer. They were working hard the entire day and seemed extremely personable and friendly. I worked on this house early last year and coming back today, the yard and plants looked amazing all thanks to Victory Lawnscape. I cant recommend them enough!

Victory performed snow removal per this season and the communication and service is excellent. Very responsive and continuous updates are emailed regarding when to expect them and they are spot on with timing promised. I highly recommend this company.

I could not be more pleased with the snow removal service provided this winter by Victory Lawnscape. The communication prior to any expected snowfall is very much appreciated in that you know exactly what their plan is and when you can expect your snow to be cleared. The service has been wonderful, and I especially like the fact that they are kind enough to clear a path in the street to the mailbox -- this is so much appreciated! If additional service is needed, they are most accommodating. The dealings I ve had with Mike, or any of the Victory Lawnscape staff, has always been most pleasant. I m so pleased with my decision to hire Victory Lawnscape for my snow removal service and I m excited to have them as my lawn cutting service this summer!

Great job fast and efficient.

I contacted Victory Landscape in April 2022 to get an estimate for Spring Clean Up in my yard. They quickly emailed over an estimate to me. I agreed and they called me to set up an appointment and to get a credit card number from me to keep on file. They would not give me an exact date that they would be coming out to do the Spring Clean Up, but they assured me it would be done within 2 weeks. Three weeks later, no one ever showed up to do the job, so I gave them a call. (It is now almost mid May) I was placed on hold so the receptionist could call the Supervisor to find out why no one ever showed up to complete the job. A few minutes later she came back and told me that she apologizes that they never showed up but now they are in their lawn cutting season. She did assure me that they were going to try to show up some time in June to do the Spring Clean Up. She told me that they realize it might be summer by that point, but they would try to fit me in sometime in June. I told her how mad I was that I never even received a call from them saying they might not make it within the 2 weeks. I would not recommend this company. Im not sure how good their actual work is because they never even showed up to do the job ..and didn t bother letting me know that they wouldn t be showing up!

Discourteous drivers, ran up on me as I murged despide my indicator. Judging by their driving ability and road issues- I would suspect their professional behaviour to be just as bad when in a company truck.

I have been a costumer since last summer. They have always been very good at handling out lawn. However, this year, the people who actually go do our lawn are not as good as the guys who went last year.

I am not a customer but my next door neighbor is last week the cutters blew the cut grass into my sidewalk river stones and air con unit this was the first time I was taking out trash saw the mess they made tried to wave down as they were leaving but they drove away thus I will never use their services

Although I have not used this business, after seeing how their workers drive I never will. On 6/29/22 at about 3-4 PM one of their trucks was traveling about 70 mph on 26 mile RD heading toward County Line and trying to race up to where the lane was ending in front of Meijer. When the truck merged to the left they almost hit a car forcing ithat car to slam on their breaks and swerve to avoid being hit by the truck. Then when they go to County line they were making a left and ttheymade the turn even though the light was red. Yes this unprofessional driver ran a red light risking death to oncoming traffic because they could not wait for the green light. To me this is the unprofessional quality of work you will probably get from this company.

I am the next door neighbor of a home that uses Victory and I feel like they have no respect for the neighbors. The last 3 weeks they have started their extremely loud equipment at 7:45am waking me up. All year long they blow the large clumps of grass into my yard all over my sidewalk that is close to the serviced home and clog up my a/c unit. They do blow off grass trimmings on the serviced home but ignore anything they blow onto my property. It s very frustrating.

Updated from 1 star to 4 stars. After calling a 2nd time, the woman who answered the phone was very kind. Steve came out to my house and apologized, cleaned up and gave me his personal cell if there was ever another issue. Exactly what you d expect a company to do. My neighbor uses Victory and when they cut between the houses they spray grass clippings all over my landscape. I ve called twice and was told it would be addressed but here they today doing it again. Extremely unprofessional.

Drivers need to be more cautious in their trucks full stops

The job was done well. It s odd that they cut every 9 days when the grass grew quickly and now into fall it s being cut every 6 days.

I switched this year from another service and man am I glad I did. My yard looks awesome every single week. No every other week trimming or edging, its done every week. Very happy with the communication from the office and when the weekly maintenance is complete. Great employees and service, sure to please.

Absolutely the best snow removal service we have had this year. Our buildings were cleaned up quickly and efficiently! Mike was fantastic!

They consistently do not show up on the day they are suppose to. There have been weeks where they just didnt come at all. They damaged the grass on our hill to the point there is now just dirt. They skip over mowing the side of my house where we have pine trees (looks horrible) I have complained several times about the quality of work and it doesnt improve. Today they knocked on our door before 8am on a Saturday to move my car. (Our mow day is friday)

This was my 1st year with them after having to let go of another lawn service company who didnt care lawn (weed whipping to the ground and frying out my lawn) or brick pavers (rolling over and cracking them). Victory Lawnscape was great about jumping in on the last part of the season. They understood my concerns with the lawn and brick pavers, and took great care! They even made time for my fall clean up, after being on a waiting list) thanks to the weather holding out for them!

My neighbors use this business. They repeatedly come before 8am and wake up my whole house, 3 kids under 10 years old! 6:45am on a Friday, 7:30am on a Saturday and again 7:30am on a Friday. I have kindly asked that they stop and wait until after 8 or 9am but their response is we are running a business and can t accommodate everybody . Apparently getting their money is more important than common decency or being respectful of mothers with young children. My husband used to own an asphalt company and is now a builder and would never do this if someone complained. Do not support this company! They don t care about anything but their money!

They other huge benefit for me is the very competitive price for additional services like sprinkler winterization, fertilizing it is very convenient for me to have one great vendor for all services. It was great news when I found out that Victory is now offering snow removal as well.

This is our first year having Victory take care of our lawn. From the initial conversation with Mike, the office person who took care of billing, and the team that actually mows the lawn, every experience has been professional. They show up when scheduled, do a great job on the lawn, return phone calls/emails and charge what they quote. We are happy to have found this company who seem to actually care about customer service and quality work.

I do not often give a five star review, but from day 1 this company has done such an exceptional job they deserve the recommendation. We have hired them to do the weekly lawn service and are very happy with the job. They do not cut corners or or try to go too fast with the cut. Good weekly lawn service is surprisingly hard to find. Ive been really pleased with Victory for the last 3 years. Super reliable and high quality. They do real edging each week (not weed whacker edging) which looks so much better and avoids the cut-too-close dead grass along the edge of the lawn that my prior service couldnt figure out. Victory also managed to spare my overgrown annuals this year while somehow still mowing the grass underneath them. Price is reasonable and the guys are really nice & personable.

You are dependable and timely. My grass this year was cut to the length that I desired. There were a few cuts when the grass was wet and the mower tire tracks were evident. Your edge trimmers were not trimming the grass too short which was happening last year. Ive had no broken sprinkler heads this year.

To start with, the quote they provided for mowing, fertilizing and general yard clean-up was competitive with several others I contacted. The also take care around our trees, flower beds and general landscaping, as to not damage anything. This is our first year using Victory Lawnscape. We have been very happy with their service. They do a great job and we really like the fact that they edge each week. In addition, the office staff is very friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend them to others.

Victory lawnscape does a beautiful job in maintaning our property which is hilly and has many trees and shrubs. I look forward to the crew coming and making our home look terrific.
