Heroes Lawn Care in Shelby Township

Heros Lawn Care pull out of our 4 signed contracts after the snow season had started, they blamed it on an employee even though the owner signed 4 separate contracts. The owner Paul asked for more money or he would give us a 30 day notice.

Beware! They pulled out of my contract 8 days after contract went into effect. The owner came to me 8 days after the contracts start date and asked for more money. BEWARE! The owner was rude and nasty. If you are considering this company for your snow removal or lawn needs, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I hired Heroes at 2 of my Condominium Associations and have been very happy with the service. The communication is excellent and when we began the season, we had a great walk thru and they have met and exceeded our expectations. I recommend if you are looking for a reliable company Heroes will be your best choice.

They plowed the wrong address last week. Came today and the job was sloppy. No I would not recommend. The only reason i have them they had availability. My husband had knee surgery so he is unable to work the snow this year.

I am a new customer for snow removal and am extremely impressed by Christian and his professionalism and speed of communication/follow up. Pricing is very reasonable. I am a mid-season addition to his snow removal route and he did not try to gouge me by charging the full season rate as others did. I am looking forward to being your customer.

First off I just want to say on record that Hero Lawn Service has the BEST customer service that I have received from a Lawn Services Company. I had been with TruGreen for last 4yrs and they didn’t come close to the service I received from HLS ( Hero Lawn Services). Christian came out with another lawn expert to walk my property with me, they answered all of my questions and told me exactly what I needed for my lawn to be healthy, weed free, getting grass to grow in areas where I had trouble growing grass. I’m very blessed to have found this company to help me with my lawn.
