In the beginning they were great, then we got dropped and forgotten with 6 mole traps left in our yard. When I called about it I got passed around to five different people, then to be informed that our contract had expired. Pretty poor business practice to not follow through.

This company is truly professional and very effective. Asked Stephen about a patch of grass and he instantly diagnosed it as a grub issue and came back within 24 hours to apply the pesticide. Greatly appreciative of the quick response.

Green X Lawn service has done a wonderful job taking care of our lawn this year. Its had some problems and with every application the lawn is looking better.

There scheduling department, doesnt know how to schedule. My appointment was for Mon, they shifted my appointment to Tuesday, then no confirmation as to time. When I called to cancel they stated someone would calk in an hour. Still no scheduled time. I have a yellow jacket hive in my exterior direct vent fireplace wall, I am allergic to yellow jackets and a 4 month old baby. Some yellow jackets are coming in through the fireplace. Not impressed with this company as of yet.

Grant did a wonderful job. He was personable and professional. I am very satisfied with Green X.

GreenX Lawn and Tree Care are doing a great job on my lawn. The technician will always be there when scheduled and leave a detailed review of any problems with my lawn.

As soon as I signed with GreenX they found several issues with my lawn and came up with a plan of action. They have very detailed reports to let you know what is going on with your lawn.

GreenX has really reinvigorated my lawn. I used to have a lot of dandelions, crabgrass, and other unesthetic plants growing in my lawn that are now gone. My grass is greener, and it just overall looks a lot better than before having GreenX. Ive used them for 3 year and will probably continue in the future.

I have had GreenX Lawn and Tree care for the past three years and my Lawn looks Great. After each service the technician leaves a detail report on what was applied to the lawn and also the condition of the lawn, which I like. I have tried lawn care services from other companies in the past and I found GREENX Lawn and tree care to be the best.

Really impressed at the time and detail Zack Thompson took today applying the weed control and fertilizer, going back and forth into all the little corners around my patio and landscaping, corners of the yard, etc., making sure he covered every inch. Deciding who to use for lawn service isn t always easy because there are a lot of companies out there. When the owner, Blake, came to give us a quote a few years ago, I knew right away things the type of company I wanted to do business with. I m extremely picky about my lawn and I could tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about his customers. After just two treatments my lawn looked amazing!! I now have the greenest, prettiest and weed less lawn in the neighborhood! It is beautiful! I m so proud when someone pulls up and says how awesome the lawn looks. I have countless friends, family and neighbors that now use GreenX and couldn t be happier. The technicians that come out to spray or aerate the lawn, or take care of fleas ticks and mosquitoes, are so personal and helpful! I ve been using GreenX for years. I love their services. So friendly and informative. They seem to go the extra mile and it shows in my lawn. I get compliments of how nice it looks. I also love the flea and tick service. Used to be every year I would get ticks coming in on my dog. Since I started that program, it is worked all the way through Summer. I would Highly recommend them.

I have been using GreenX Lawn Care Service for many years now and I have had no issues with them. I do like that they send a text to alert me that they will be doing my lawn service the night before. I highly recommend their service to anyone.

Ive had GreenX Lawn care for three years. I tried them after failure two other lawn care companies failed to make my lawn look better. GreenX made the lawn better in one year and its gotten better each year after that. The technicians who do the work are knowable and friendly. Great company to do business with. Im using them again this year.

I had some other lawn service company before but the results were not good . After I started lawn services with greenx my lawn started looking so good and all the weeds went off from my lawn. They do on time service and are very affordable .

I have been with Greenx Lawn Care in Shelby now for about 7 years and am still amazed how my grass looks. I am posting a picture of the difference they made. I was ready to resod my grass after moving in, in 2010. Now I feel I have one of the best looking lawns. Also I followed the instructions and cut it 4 now and Im the happiest person in the sub. I also have a request that they dont apply the application on a Friday as I have all my grandkids over every Friday and they have followed my request every time. Their price is good and I am happy.

Staff is very professional, applied fertilizer throughly. My lawn is greener than before.

We just bought our first house in July and the yard was looking rough so we called Greenx and within a couple of weeks it was already showing improvement. Were excited to have them start the 2024 season.

I have used GreenX for several years and extremely happy with them. Using their lawn care fertilizer services, they took my lawn from looking average to green and healthy in 1-season. Weeds are a thing of the past! The pricing is reasonable. The day before each fertilizer application, I receive a text message informing me when they plan to arrive. After the service, the technician leaves a written report for the work performed and any special areas that were treated. What more could you ask for?

I use this company last year bc I have mole in my garden they promised to take care of it and they charged money for 4 weeks they came and they didn t solve my problem at all and when I called them again to tell them the mole aren t gone they want to charge a full charge again for the inspection and like how they started from the beginning they just want to keep charging you with no result

Im writing this review about the lawn care visit we received yesterday (5/25/23) from GreenX technician Dejuan. Prior to this season I had been doing my own lawn care and not very well. Dejuan took the time to show me that the damage to our lawn was being caused by grubs and recommended the grub control service. Very thorough explanation. Ive taken Dejuans advice and have scheduled the application. Thanks!

I have used a few other Lawn Fertilizing Company in the past. They start out good but soon the service is under par. I have used GreenX for many years now and I am very pleased with the service. Half of my neighbors use GreenX now because of seeing first hand how nice my lawn looks. Highly recommend GreenX.

Our lawn always looks like someone was doing donuts with an atv after they come to do a treatment, we ve never had this issue with the other lawn services we ve tried. We meant to cancel before this year but were auto renewed and already had an application so we figured we d just let them finish up this season. Would not recommend.

It s terrible and unprofessional they showed up at my house all times of day as if I didn t schedule a time basically they did what they wanted to do then they charged 1000 dollars for things I could have did myself and I asked them before i brought the service what could they do all they did was lay down traps then the lady that came took the traps on the outside when I left then when I called and asked why wasn t I notified about them taking the equipment back nobody could give me a answer. Never again I felt like they were being racist

Greenx is simple and the service is great. First time homeowner and all I can say is they made it easy for me , I didn t have to do anything but call over the phone and get my service. They give you a heads up on text messages or email when they will come and just like that simple and easy , my grass has definitely look thicker and healthier, it looks like life is in the grass , more greener , more thicker, more life in the grass. Let me share a typical visit. Shawna texts the day before every treatment to let us know they will treat my lawn tomorrow. (Their competition promised this too, but never informed us.) The day of treatment, the technician knocked on our door an said, Im in your neighborhood, you might want to let your dogs out before I treat your lawn. Wow, thanks! I watched the technician treat my lawn a few times. He treated my whole lawn. (I often witnessed the competition make one simple pass through my lawn. They hit what they hit, miss what they didnt, they didnt seem to care.) I am planning to stay with GreenX.

So far I am extremely happy with GreenX. They always call before the appointment. I couldnt get the last three companies I used to consistently do this. How hard is that? I will see how this new probiotic dethatcher does for my lawn and report later. So far this company has been outstanding compared to the other companies I have used in the past. Hopefully they can bring my lawn back to the best lawn on the street.

After struggling for 4 years with a competitor, I made the switch to GreenX and was beyond impressed after only my first visit for treatment. I received an extremely thorough evaluation on the current condition of the lawn, services they provided with this visit and suggested treatments that I might benefit from. WHAT A DIFFERENCE after throwing well over $600 at my lawn in the previous season. Obviously the proof will be in the condition of my lawn this year and I will be back to keep you all updated. I was able to sign up for the services I wanted online, pay online, and create my account online. They were quick to respond and everything was set up without a hiccup. Received my notification call that theyd be out the next day and they were. The tech was careful in my yard and looked extremely thorough. Very pleased so far. Side note, the price was very competitive.

For years I did my own lawn fertilization. The results were good, but the timing was always a problem. Certain fertilizers and weed treatment had to be applied when the grass was wet with no rain for 24 hrs after. This was always hit or miss at best. I finally said enough and hired GreenX. After the very first application in the Spring, my lawn was not only greener, but thicker. This is not much more than what I would spend doing it myself. I was a skeptic do-it-yourselfer, but no more. These folks do good work.

Beware of the items that they provide for free and then write in as a renewal. Customer service was beyond rude, continuously arguing with me because I didnt read their emails thoroughly. Said I didnt appreciate their family owned services and that she will cancel my account. Will never recommend them, ever!

Tony is our technician. He came this morning and stayed our lawn and also sprayed weed killer on our weeds on the driveway. It is great to see how a a worker takes pride in his work. Thanks Tony, its one less job my husband needs to do.

My lawn started off looking a little rough but since I signed up with GreenX its looks wonderful.

Im half way through my second season with GreenX and my experience has been fantastic. First, Ill start with the front office. Kind and courteous is an understatement. Anytime I call with a question they answer it. If I need additional help, they take care of it. Couldnt ask for better front office personnel. Secondly, my Lawn Care Technician, Tony, is the absolute best. Tony knows his stuff. On his very first visit I made a point to meet him, share my thoughts about my lawn as well as my goals and told him I wanted to have the best on the street. When I purchased my house my lawn was over-run with weeds and virtually no grass - the clay certianlly didnt help either. He helped me come up with a long and short term plan. Anything he recommended, I executed. Hes taught me a lot also. Im sure I always slow him down on his route bc of all the questions I ask but he doesnt seem to mind at all. Because of Tony and GreenX, my grass is green, thick and weed free! Im very appreciative of his help! Tony does such a great job, I referred him and GreenX to 4 other neighbors who now utilize them (plus I get a $20 kickback per referral and they get $20off for being new customers, Win-Win!) Keep up the great work!

This is our third season as GreenX does an amazing job. The difference is consistency of applications. My wife and I ride our bikes around the neighborhood and our lawn I plusher and greener than all the others. I have tried numerous companies over 16 years and they are by far the best!

We are very happy with this company. The rates are good and the services they provide are prompt effective. We had a big problem with weeds in our yard. The regular treatments (early spring, late spring, early summer, etc) took care of those weeds and helped make our lawn healthy again. It also stopped the creeping vine weeds from spreading into our neighbor s lawn. I chose to be billed after each lawn treatment rather than paying up front. The service provider leaves a detailed bill on my door. The bill contains conditions noted and what was used to treat the lawn. They also make specific recommendations for healthy lawn upkeep. For example, they noticed we were cutting our lawn too short and recommended we lift the blade in our lawn mower a little higher. Once, they even left a little treat for our dog when they noticed his handiwork in the yard, lol. Every time I call with questions, the staff is prompt and professional. I would recommend this service.

Great local lawn care company! Nice and friendly! They do a great job and communicate very well!

We have used GreenX for two years and I cant say enough good things about them. We started by having them fertilize our lawn then added the tree feed and perimeter pest control services. Their customer service is fantastic. Kind, not pushy at all. The service technicians always leave a printout on our door to let us know what was done and any recommendations. GreenX is the best!

I was watching for Tim, but I did not see him until he appeared across the back. He was riding a big tractor. He left muddy tracks in the yard. To his credit, he blew out the tracks he made and stamped them with his shoe. He finished the lawn with a rotary handheld spreader. He did a good job overall. and he left some notes about what he found growing in the yard.

Dont confuse this company with national chain Greenix! I thought GreenX sent a really rude, pushy salesman to our home on Memorial Day so I sent negative feedback, they very politely informed me that I had confused their local company with the nationwide one. Class acts. SO sorry for the mix-up!!!!

Our technician is pleasant and knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions about not only his treatments but also gave us his recommendations on our care of our new sod.

This company is worse than the pest they control. They provided no service and continue to hunt me trying to get paid for not sure what, they can not explain it but want to collect, with phone scam techniques. My next step will be to report them to the to the better beaureu business, what a nightmare!

Really believe they destroyed my grass. They claim to use organic fertilizer and then my grass starts to die after they did an application. They claim my grass has some kind of disease, but my grass was beautiful before starting to use them - I have pictures before and after. Now I will have to invest in new grass. If I could prove it other than timing, I would file a lawsuit.

The very best service every time. I have been disappointed with lawn service companies in the past. Poor service and lack of attention. Green-X has been outstanding. They recognize problems and take care of them without having to be asked. Really appreciate the quality.

I cant believe there are no raving reviews on here! This company is not only profession, detailed and customer service oriented. .They are organic based, pet/kid friendly! Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and the paperwork left behind is extremely informative. I urge more customers to share their experiences, these guys deserve it!
