Just started using this company, after a recommendation, all good so far.
I signed up to their service to get the lawn "dethatched" but after four treatments that has not happened It seems that they have a policy that you can only have that done if you choose "direct debit mandate" payment method rather than pay as you go - but that was not made clear. They say it's in their paper work - but I asked every operative who came for my four treatments about when the de-thatching would happen and NONE of them pointed that out. On speaking to the manager, when I commented (calmly, politely) that their communication could have been better he became rude and more or less told me to get lost.
