I had the first mow of the season cut by them which ended up being very patchy and poorly done. I called multiple times after they never showed up to redo the mow. Never got a call back and now they are ignoring my calls. Doesn’t seem like they are committed to making me happy with their service…
After I called Naturescape reguarding getting my lawn treated for weed control and fertilizer they responded promptly and have done a great job. They had a small mistake happen when they spilt a little too much fertilizer in one area, they called me immediately to let me know before I could even make it home, offered to fix any damages no questions asked. I will continue to use them for many years to come
Naturescape services my parents house and they are always on time, professional, courteous, informative, accommodating and friendly! They always do an amazing quality job in a fast but thorough manner. There are never any issues. But if there are, they are more than happy to address and fix the problem without hesitation. On more than one occasion I've had multiple questions for them and when they show up to do the service I asked the questions and they were more than happy to answer them and also give their professional opinion about the situation free of charge. Very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
Found out my neighbor was using nature scape for mosquito control and talked with a service tech named Ross one day when he was in the area. He came over and looked at the yard and also gave me some suggestions to help improve my yard. Long story short got the mosquito app, weed control, and the fertilizer and was extremely happy with the changes these products made. Well worth the money

I talked to Ross who was very informative and explained how Naturescape s 5 application lawn program works. I received an email the next day and was impressed with the very reasonable estimate. I love the fact that they respond to any concerns or questions you have and will come out within 72 hours if needed.
Had nature scape doing my yard for years. Then they opened an office in sheboygan and transferred my account to sheboygan. That was last year . They came out and did the applications. I called and voiced my concerns that my lawn was developing bare spots and browning . They stated they would come out and look at it. I mowed my lawn shorter than the 3.5 inchee day before they arrived and when they arrived the next day they put the blame on me for mowing it to short . They burned my lawn and then wanted to charge me to aerate it and overseed it. I did nothing different than Ive been doing for years.

I had called several different places regarding mosquito control this past summer. Nature scales in Sheboygan was by far the most responsive and best priced. They showed up when expected and followed up after to see how things were. We had gone from not even being able to walk outside due to the mosquitos to almost no mosquitos!! The customer service was absolutely amazing! Their lawn expert Ross was extremely professional as well. I would highly recommend them for any services! We will definitely have them come for regular services next summer!
