J&M home service solutions in Sheboygan

I had my lawn rolled and aerated. The rolling was done when it was dry, there was no noticeable improvement afterwards. I had my yard aerated, in doing so my TDS fiber line was cut and we lost internet. My neighbors dog fence was also cut, J&M said they would cover all costs for damages. I didn't have any cost for the fiber line but my neighbors still have not been reimbursed almost 2 months after the initial damage. I'm posting this review hoping the damages will be covered as they stated they would be.

Up until this winter, I would have given John and Melissa 5 stars. I had contracted with J&M and paid a significant (for me ) monthly fee. I wanted to support their business and their young family. This winter, we had one significant snowfall. I was away on business and had to wait for roads to clear to get home. When I arrived at my home, more than 24 hours since the storm, snow had not been removed. I called Melissa. I was angry. I asked when someone would be there to shovel. Why had I paid all season long to be ignored when I really needed them? I got out the shovel and started digging out my driveway. Yesterday, I received an email that they are discontinuing my service because they are “growing”. If you cannot take proper care of the clients you have, are you really growing? John is a great guy: hardworking, wants to please his customers. But John is over extended. He doesn’t have the capacity to handle all the jobs he has contracted for in a timely manner. He has had helpers in the past, but for whatever reason, they don’t stay around or they do a terrible job. I was a promptly paying customer. And yes I paid! Much more than the services that were rendered.

I have hadJ&M for several years now...Reasonable prices work is done in a timely manner and they do very good work! Friendly people as well...I would highly recommend them

John is pretty great with accommodating my needs. He does snow plowing at my home and is wonderful about times. I have to be at work early and he was on it. I will continue to call him for snow removal. Prices are good too

Rolls my lawn every spring, makes it nice and smooth, also puts down new grass seed where need and edges sidewalk. If he doesn't do it himself he sends over a professional crew to have it done.
