Kevin was great to work with. Very communicative and he had some great suggestions to make my project better. He even followed up a few days later with a phone call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will be using his company again in the Spring for another project.
Kevin and his team installed an outdoor kitchen in our back yard and cafe lighting around our pool. Both far exceeded our expectations. I’m a GC by trade and the two things that mean the most in my business is communication and quality, and Kevin has mastered both. My wife and I interviewed and priced this project out with several company’s. We went with Kevin because he didn’t treat our visit like a sales call. He gave us great suggestions and was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. We couldn’t thank Kevin and the GCO team enough for the transformation that’s taken place in our back yard.
Kevin and his team were amazing! They showed up every day rain or shine. They cleaned up every day as to not interrupt our routines and used all precautions to other areas of our yard were not damaged during the process. Would 100% recommend them!
We used GCO Landscape to add decking and landscape around our pool. Kevin and his crew put in quite a bit of very natural looking artificial turf and two putting greens. Wow do they look amazing. We could not be more pleased with the service and their expertise. We highly recommend them for your landscaping needs! Call them, you won’t regret it.
GCO was amazing. We had a ton of work to be done to transform our pit of a backyard into a useable space for the kids to play. Kevin met with us for the initial consultation and was extremely informative, gave us multiple options and was honest and straightforward on the details of each, including pricing. We ultimately had Kevin build a large retaining wall so we could extend our space out. The job required multiple truck loads of fill dirt to bring the area up to a leveled and graded surface. Kevin and his team wasted no time getting the wall in and filling the area with dirt. There were multiple challenges they faced like a very narrow access way from the front of the home to the backyard but they were patient and got it done. The attention to detail on the wall was impeccable. Kevin kept us informed of the progress, answered any questions we had, walked the site with me daily... a true professional. Next they laid approx 2700sqFt of Zoysia sod to bring the yard to life. We were so happy with GCOs work ethic and professionalism we decided to go ahead and have them replace all of our shrubbery around the house as well. Another area they shined in. Kevin spent a lot of time going over replacement options with us and even obliged us as we made small changes during that install work. In short, great company lead by an honorable man that is dedicated to his craft. Best experience I could have ever hoped for in a very large landscaping project. A+

Great job on redoing our front yard paver wall, removing bushes and adding some new landscaping. Kevin and his crew were personable, on-time and responsive both by phone and email. Would use them again.
We used GCO to install our fence and couldnt be happier with it. Kevin took time to make sure that we understood the entire process, since we are new to GA. We definitely recommend GCO to everyone.
I WOULD NOT recommend using GCO landscaping. We contracted them to install sod, retaining walls, grading, and repair sprinkler system. We had several requests to have yard grading and 2 dump trucks of top soil mixed with the existing soil to add nutrients, he used it as backfill dirt. Wrong type of dirt as it has compacted. Asked to have yard rolled and a berm to direct water away from sod during heavy rain storms over 8 months ago. All we got was I will get that done then we were told wait until the sod has rooted and coming out of dormancy, I will be there April or May . I was promised he would be here the last Friday or Saturday in May. It is June and it is still not rolled. My yard was combed by the bobcat that left ridges and was never raked smooth that is why my sod never rooted. I was promised that they would be out to repair my brand NEW concrete sidewalk. That was never done! My sprinkler was partly operational, had flower bed lines that were leak detected but left unrepaired and sprinkler heads left under shrubbery that did not water the sod. Over 1/3 of our front new sod is DEAD and will not recover. Kevin is a nice guy will respond quickly for a quote but will lie to you and not do what he promised in his installation process. He is full of excuses and can not accept responsibility for their poor installation of the sod. He does not respond to calls or text after he was paid it full.
GCO put in my backyard fence. It turned out better than expected. Looks great!
GCO is top of the line. Kevin & his crew installed a perimeter fence for us & couldnt be happier with the outcome! Would recommend them for your fencing needs. They even came the next day to clean up the clay from post drilling-5 stars!
