Pool School. It was a great experience. Ron was professional and explained things in a way it really sunk in. He was polite and thoughtful. Helpful wherever he could be in the care of the pool. Provided a very thorough education on pool care and I can absolutely say I received a valuable education. Ron noticed the pool valves were tight and really went above and beyond to ensure that they were cleaned and greased for the best daily functional use. Tom was helpful, supportive and did an excellent job cleaning up and showing you how to care for your equipment. I would highly recommend Absolute Pools for opening, closing, education, recommendations and obtaining some solid advice on pool care. Which will ensure your pool pipes, liner, baskets and more stay in tip top shape.

Zach was very explanative to me. My husband wasnt able to make it home from work on time. Zach went over the importance of backwashing, how often to & why. He also explained the importance of rinse which we werent previously doing. I took notes since my husband wasnt able to be present. Before he & Fred left they made sure that I understood how to operate the filter & asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with their visit.

The two gentlemen that came out to fix an issue with my pool heater were very polite, professional and prompt. They clearly explained the situation and quickly fixed the issue.

The service tech today was excellent. But the previous tech has not provided complete service. However your CS also leaves much to be desired. Melissa tried to help but she didnt have any idea why things changed. My phone number in your system was changed. I have yet to recieve the pool water numbers all season. Last week the tech didnt check the salt leave and this week needed at least 6 bags of salt which the service tech didnt have. I request a call from ownership or management and have not recieved one. I had an issue with my Polaris and left messages on your VM system Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with no return calls. You have grown to big and are not supporting your clients properly. My pool has not been crystal clear all season. Adding shock and chlorine defeats the purpose of a salt pool. I would love to discuss this in greater detail if anyone cares.

Im a Wright Landscaping customer and I like the way Andy does things. Right now Im not happy with trimming while mowing. They leave grass hanging over edges of flower beds. Also no one blows off my porch and patio like Andy did. They seem too much in a hurry. Landscaping and mulching was excellent.

Appreciated their responsiveness from my first inquiry for a quote and the text messaging platform that they use for service updates. We ordered a new cover this year and they picked up the old one to use as a template and upon installation, everything was tidied, neat, and clean and they stopped to touchbase with me before leaving the job. That never happens with other companies! I usually have to put away the railings, etc but they even put them in my pool shed. They took their time to fix the anchors and was happy that they didn t rush to just get it done. They even winterized my diving board which I was not expecting. Will Absolute ly consider them for future pool services!

I forgot to give them a heads up that I had Halloween decorations up in the yard, including some extension cables that might not be easy to see if you didnt know they were there... Saw them come and they noticed it all right away, accounted for everything, and did a tremendous job of mowing around everything and doing cleanup without disturbing a thing! They continue to show a great attention to detail and great service!

Had some kinks that they needed to work out at the start of last year, but they got them under control and the customer service is now friendly and efficient! I highly recommend Absolute Lawn and Landscaping.

Poor communication. No regular schedule

I used them last year before I sold the house in September to Adam & Brianna Casttelbaum. The pool work was satisfactory at the time, but I have no further reason to comment on it, so take me off any of your mailing lists.

I planned to use Absolute for multiple projects last fall from planting a large number of trees to general landscaping. The field manager however, pretty much yanked me around and wasted weeks of my time waiting for him to follow up and visit the property to get the project scheduled. What was worse, he kept telling the office staff he called me multiple times. But he didnt. Mobile phones show call history and there is no call history from him. Its not a complicated thing to check. He never called. Last Friday, I told office staff to ask him to check the number he was calling and call me as soon as possible so we could get things scheduled. Over a week later and still nothing. I was extremely patient. I gave up. Ive wasted enough time and will find someone else. They tried to claim I had cancelled appointments, I never cancelled an appointment. We had only one appointment and they never showed up. Given that I live on the property and work out of my house, I am very flexible and easy with scheduling. Time is our most valuable commodity. Companies that show no respect for it deserve poor ratings.

Was promised an updated quote for work that they knew was on a tight schedule week after week only to hear nothing. I even sent emails with update yard pictures, and request for call backs, nothing. Went with ATA lawn, received a cheaper quote, and services were completed within 2 weeks to help meet my deadline. Never use absolute for your landscaping needs, youll waste a month or longer then get no response.

This team of guys worked together like a well-oiled machine. They were efficient, and did everything I asked and more. They remained professional to the end, asking if there was anything that they missed or anything else that I wanted done. What they did, at the speed at which they did it, would have taken me at least two entire days. Thank you Jim, Ty and Frank.
