Guy was friendly on the phone when I called about my snoblower auger not turning very fast. However told me his mechanic said if it isn't Toro, Craftsman or similar, they won't touch it. Said they couldn't get parts for it. It didn't need parts as it was running fine except for the auger not turning. So I called another local place and this person suggested a fix and said I should try something before bringing it down and spending money. He even gave me a You Tube channel to look it up. Turns out the auger belt just needed to be tightened. The difference in service was night and day. I may have not spent money today, but I can guarantee you who is going to get my bussiness going forward, and it isn't this place.
