Great customer service. As a new customer they fit us in the schedule promptly, and were punctual on appointment day.

We bought a house where the previous owner had a front yard sprinkler system installed by them. When we bought the house our valve had a leak and they came out to fix it. Out of curiosity I asked how much to install a system in our back yard. The price was extremely fair and within 2 weeks they had the system installed. They did a clean installation and when I came home I could not even tell they were here. I also use them ever fall to blow out our sprinkler heads.

Initially, Jack was good to work with, was fair at communication during work performed. I wish they would have recommended a spigot upgrade because the one on the wall, jimmy rigged to a new water line outside looks hideous. Due to no review done when work was complete, it was later found that there was not adequate coverage. I had reached out for resolve, and response was less then kind. They expressed how I over reacted..... Later, when winterization was scheduled, they promised to look at the issues due to sprinkler head placement, but upon arrival, was greeted with nothing but rude/angry behavior from Jack. I can't fathom why an owner of a company would treat/communicate with such frustration and anger to paying customers. While there aren't much companies to perform these services around my area, I would rather learn/perform this work myself over any further interaction with this company.

These guys are great! Very courteous and very professional. They got my 20 year old system back into fighting shape! I would highly recommend l.

So, after freakishly feeling stalked due to being sent a certified letter insisting I had the wrong company, I am complying and submitting an edit. I am 1000% positive I have the correct Priority 1. In this amazing day and age, people can call from different phone numbers, and shockingly, some of us place calls for people who may be elderly or disabled and request assistance. Now, based on the actions within the last week, I am even stronger in my warning: do not use this company- in fact, don't even review it unless you want to feel stalked.

I've used Priority 1 multiple times and would never use anyone else. These guys do an amazing job! I'm always blown away by how much nicer my lawn looks after they come. I've used them for De-thatching and they are definitely the best in the business!

We hired Priority 1 Outdoors to winterize our sprinkler system. They failed to do so properly, resulting in our sprinkler system freezing and breaking. Very costly to repair. After we refused to pay, they sent a bill collector to our front door! I would not recommend using them.

Earlier this year they dethatched my lawn. They hauled all the thatch away and everything looked amazing when I got home from work. A couple weeks later I had them come out to fix my sprinkler system. I had bought a foreclosed house, and the previous owner had not blown out the sprinkler system. Priority 1 showed up with two people, and in 1.5 hours, my sprinkler system was up and running!! Thats truly impressive since they replaced 10 heads, found and fixed two broken underground pipes, fixed an underground wiring issue, removed an unnecessary valve (that was faulty anyways), programmed the timer, and gave me a crash course in the timer and adjustments on the sprinkler heads. I cannot say enough about the quality of service. Their pricing seems fair for the amount of work they've done. I highly recommend for anyone in the Shakopee area.
