North Star Outdoor Services Llc in Shakopee

A big thank you to North Star Outdoor Services for clearing the snow in our town home complex Plymouth Creek Association! The snow was even cleared inside the time frame allowed! However, when I say "cleared" I mean the entire driveway (side to side). A special shout out to the plow driver Dylan who took the time to make sure the job was done right. We are hosting Christmas this year and I've been trying to keep the street & our driveway cleared for our guests and with the help of North Star Outdoor Services, I am reassured! Merry Christmas! We have had Chris and his crew do many projects for us with lawn service and landscaping. They are very professional and also on time and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for quality work and attention to details, North Star services is a top notch. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately attention to detail is zero. They don’t fulfill the contract or pay any attention to detail. Unless all trees are simply just stumps they don’t get near the tree base or close to edges of the property. They miss weeks, don’t clean up clippings after they mow when it’s so long and the grass is covered, and don’t spray for weeks or blow off patios like their contract says. Unfortunately this is not a one off and consistent week over week. Do not recommend.

This company subcontracted some cement work for us. Less than 6 months later the surface is pitting and looks poor. Several communication attempts and zero follow-through is a VERY poor showing. I do not recommend this company to anyone. There is no accountability or customer service.
