BE WARNED! I reached out to have my driveway In Gatlinburg cleared of snow. Chad originally stated it would be $150 an hour and should take between 1-2hrs. We have never paid over $150 in total for snow removal but were willing to pay extra so that our elderly guests were taking care of. I sent a photo of the driveway to Chad whom in return told me it would be $375. This was an outrageous price however again we wanted to take care of our guests. We agreed and paid. Chad arrived at 4:25 and departed at 6:35, we referenced our cameras to confirm this. Chad sent a txt message stating he had completed the work and offered to return in the morning to retreat the driveway for a very fair $200. I thanked him for his efforts and politely declined the additional services he offered. 15 minutes later I received another txt from Chad requesting an additional $112.50 for his services bring the total charges up to $487.50 to clear 6” of snow from a driveway that is at best 75’ long and 15’ wide. We have received over 12” and I have cleared the driveway in less than 90 minutes. Chad and Patriot lawn care and landscaping took clear advantage of us today. I would recommend against using them for any services and if you choose to I would get written estimates with not to exceed limits. I called Chad out on his over charges and warned we would write a fair honest review to warn off others. I’m an honest person and follow through on what I say. BE WARNED!
Over charged for snow removal. Charged nearly $500 for snow removal and claimed it took 3 hours to do so.

After being stranded at our Airbnb, Chad came to help us down off the hill, when the management company ( Bear Camp Cabin Rentals) would do nothing to help us! Chad was very professional and had everything he needed to safely get us down from the cabin, he went so far as to drive my vehicle down the hill for me! I highly recommend this man for any job or need you may have!! If he says he can do it, he will !!
This is a first!!! My husband called and Patriot Lawn Care answered. within an hour and a 1/2 he showed up and did a perfect job! (Im the wife) We didn't have to repeat to him what was needed, my husband told him and he did and excellent job. I just hope they will return. We had brush, and acre on a small hill. This company was fantastic helping my family with snow removal from a steep driveway at an Air B and B in Pigeon Forge while on vacation. Very responsive, quick service to an area others said they could not access. The fee was lower than expected and excellent work. Thank you Chad for your hard work on a cold day!
Chad was awesome! Got a quote same day. It was a huge job that took much longer than expected and he did what it took to get it done and even went above and beyond to help me haul off a huge tree limb that fell off into my yard. Will call him again 100%.

We are from out of town and wanted to rent a cabin for the family to spend Christmas in this year. When we arrived the grounds were a little un kept and needed some leaf clean ups done.
