I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS. We hired them to build a patio and seed our yard. In the middle of the work, after signing the contract, he tried to unilaterally change the terms of the contract and demand we pay him everything upfront AFTER he had already torn the yard up in preparation for the patio, effectively holding us hostage. He refused to refund the deposit of 2k as stated in the contract. We have a pending lawsuit against him, and a MHIC complaint has been filed. Please see the pictures, and don't let this happen to you! Get a reputable company!

These guys are the best. My tall retaining wall was leaning over and it needed to be rebuilt. They did an awesome job relocating mature trees and rebuilding the wall, with proper drainage to make it better than ever. Tommy is a great project manager abd has done handscaping and landscaping in Baltimore County.

Very professional outfit. Responsive, attentive to detail, familiar with codes. Did a great job replacing the steps from our front door porch down to the sidewalk. We received unsolicited compliments from several guests on the new steps. We would use them again for any similar job.

We had the lawn reseeded while not home. Severn took care of everything very professionally and we didn't have to worry at all as they left all as it was before. Definitely making them my year round provider

Huge pine tree fell across driveway during last snowstorm. Was cleared in a few hours!! And great price too!
