Sioux City Sprinkler in Sergeant Bluff

It all depends on who comes out. I had a young kid that screwed up a lot of things. Still got charged 500 dollars, for things I just ended up fixing. I don't think I would recommend this place right now!

We've had Sioux City Sprinkler out twice and got to work with the owner! He's very professional and took the time to teach us more about the system and how things work! Great to work with and and highly recommend. :-)

Had work done without issues in past but something has changed. Walked off job 4 times with zero communication. Fifth time I was assured it would take care of opening it up and they were a no call no show. Seven unreturned phone calls and the one they did answer they were completely oblivious to what was even going on. Yard is completely burned up and missed yet another morning of work. Never again will I try and work with these people. Aggravating

I called to schedule service on a Monday. The woman who answered the phone took my name, address, and phone number and scheduled me for 4 pm the following Monday. 4 pm day of comes along... no call, no show. I call them at 5 and am told that they got behind and offered to reschedule for 8:30 the following morning. 8:30 day of comes along... no call, no show. I call them at noon to cancel my 8:30 appointment and am told that they had some employees call in sick and she didn’t have my phone number. Which I can only assume means she didn’t have my name or address either.

Sioux City Sprinkler is ALWAYS very helpful to any problems or needs that i have. They get back to me asap and I trust they always get to me in a timely fashion! Staff is always very personable and explains anything i need to learn or understand. Couldn't be happier with their service!
