Darren u do know who I am, i dont use my name on social media. u mowed my dads grass a few years ago ( It varied apparently on certain mowes, upto $80.00).He ended up finding someone who only charges $30.00 total for his small front & back yard.

Darrin and his Pink Shirts recently completed a clean-up and mulching at my place. Some of the mulching was actually done with river rocks and required a paver barrier between the rocks and lawn. Numerous problems were encountered along the way which Darrin solved. He approached the job with professionalism and a positive attitude. He maintained regular communication from initial contact to completion and showed-up when he said he would. I plan to have him back later this year for additional work.

Previous service dismissed after failing to mow for two months, we called Liggins. Within hours they responded and soon weeks of tall grass was gone. Our property looking so good I walked around it five times marveling as I hadnt seen it looking that way in a year. On the downside Liggins is expensive but you get what you pay for and arent locked into having to use them each week so in long run a better deal depending on your needs.

I cannot recommend this business because of the following unresolved serious incident. A neighbor was in her yard and watched and took pictures as their truck and equipment pulled a line off my pole as they parked on my property, without permission, in my personal parking spaces, blocking my gate. I sent several emails (I could not call this company because they were not accepting phone calls) asking them not to use my property again, and wanting acknowledgement and confirmation. Instead, I received the most unprofessional and nasty email response from the office manager. She turned the issue personal instead of owning up and addressing my legitimate, witnessed, and validated business complaint. Although she admitted they should not have parked where they did, she never apologized. She also advised me that because of my email, they were going to immediately terminate the contract of a neighbor. I am not even a customer and yet I am treated poorly. In my opinion, this is not a way to attract or retain clients. I would never consider doing business with this company. The interactions with me have yet to display a gracious appreciation for their current or potential clients. In fact, quite the opposite. Their substandard qualities have proven disheartening, especially for a small business that should value their clients and reputation. As demonstrated by the companys response, rather than professionally resolve my issue, they chose to give excuses with personal comments and ignore it altogether by canceling the contract of a client. This is now public for their current, past, and prospective clients to read about as well. I find it ironic that although their employees were caught uninvited on my property, the office manager has tried to turn the blame on me because I reported this event by email. She failed to mention their phones were turned off stating they were not accepting new clients. There are not 2 sides to this story as the company claims. These facts remain. Their employees should never have been on my property to begin with; The office manager improperly reacted to my complaint. She should have accepted any feedback for their violation and responded with a courteous acknowledgement instead of turning it in to an argument; They did not find the cable because it fell on the other side of my fence when they pulled it loose with one end still attached. One can give all the excuses they want or praise their employees, however you cannot change or justify what happened or the lack of professionalism demonstrated by this company. I have every right to be concerned and upset with the way they have poorly handled the entire situation. I posted this review not because the employees and equipment used my private property without permission and a cable was pulled loose. It has since been taken care of. The only reason I posted this online was the inappropriate way the office manager has handled the entire situation. The negative and condescending correspondences have been quite insulting. I had to email this company because they had their phones turned off. After I notified them of the incident, the disappointing responses began. Its very important to have someone represent a company publicly that can respond with compassion, restraint, attention, and understanding to complaints, rather than lash out at a person who is trying to inform them about a serious situation involving their employees and equipment. Her correspondences have been nothing but inappropriate which forced me to share this online. To help others avoid my situation with this company and advise them that their contracts may also be potentially terminated at will if they decide to abruptly pull out of another neighborhood, this review will remain posted until positive and respectful communication and a genuine sincere apology about how the situation was mishandled, is extended by this company representative. If there is no attempt to do so, the absence of an apologetic response from this company will speak for itself. Unprofessional.

Darrin and his guys have done a fair amount of work for us and weve always been happy with the result. They stepped up when I was physically out of commission and made room in their schedule to perform regular maintenance tasks when I could not. Good bunch of people, they do good work.

We needed emergency help to clear snow and ice from our long mountain driveway. He was there within an hour. He helped my injured husband walk to our vehicle so we could get to urgent care, and waited to be sure we got out to the road safely. Highest recommendation possible.

Darrin and crew made short work of a large clearing and pruning project at my home on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, which was exceptional. The quality of the work was excellent and thorough. The pricing was very reasonable, as it was for an earlier project they undertook. They show up on time, work diligently, and leave a property much improved.
