I have known Billy for over 15 years. He has kept my lawn beautiful and meets all my expectations when it comes to designing my landscape. Excellent quality service.

The owner was very rude and disrespectful when I called to tell him I wanted to discontinue service. He raised his price by 10%. He asked if the price increase was the reason and I responded yes. He started laughing at me over the phone and said you gotta be kidding right? I said no I am not kidding. Then he hung up on me. I have called twice on 2 different days and asked for someone to return call. No one ever called me back. I wanted to know if the check they just received from me was for service I already received or if I should be getting some credit back due to service not rendered. The guy apparently has anger management issues and will never recommend him to friends. This is not the 1st negative encounter I have had with the owner. I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years. His treatment towards customers is shameful.

I called Gile Lawn & Tree Service this morning and I received a phone call back this afternoon. I needed 2 Palm trees trimmed and the dead limbs removed from my Live Oak. He had a large crew that were finished working for the day. They were done with my small job in a matter of minutes and everything was spotless. I am so glad they took the time to do my small job, thank you again Gile Lawn & Tree Service !

Gile has been doing our lawn for over 10 years, from the first day we moved into our home. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and extremely courteous. They have a crew of guys who do the job in about 20 minutes, not hours, and make our yard look immaculate. I’m very thankful and appreciative for such spectacular service.
