These people were working in our community. The 2 men were standing in our street smoking pot. It is CLEARLY unprofessional and disgusting. Then one of them was sitting on ground in grass, eyes closed and swaying. I dont want these people in my community.

Trimen just finished a project for us, and we are very pleased with the results. The company (with Chris as our main contact) was extremely responsive and attentive. Chris was flexible to our schedules, which allowed us to move quickly. His crew came out and did an excellent job, with Chris being onsite almost daily (and if not, immediately available vie email or text). The crew was hardworking, polite, and focused on ensuring everything came out well. Also, the pricing was very competitive, and Chris provided us with various options for the project at various price points. That was helpful to see as we navigated different ideas for the space. Very professional & dependable

We used Trimen after seeing what an awesome job they did on our neighbors yard. Trimen handled sod installation, designed a low maintenance (but still very pretty) landscaping package and installed an underground drainage system. While we expected the project to go well, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of support and communication provided by Chris and the team. When our sod didnt take right away, Chris worked directly with the company handling our ongoing fertilizer treatment to ensure our lawn was getting the right balance of product. We also really appreciated Trimens approach to planning out the project. Estimates and diagrams were very thorough, leaving no room for confusion. I would definitely work with Trimen again.

Buyer beware!!! While Trimen is professional & the installation met our expectations, they are VERY EXPENSIVE compared to the competition and expect them to PULL OUT THE CONTRACT even after you spend over $30,000 on a project when you ask them to stand behind their workmanship. As a business owner, I cant imagine pulling out the contract on minor technicality instead of just fixing a minor issue at a minimal cost. Clearly, Trimen is more concerned about maximizing one-time business than building long-term loyal customers. We clearly will not be recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Trimen Landscape. My husband and I are first time home owners and have had a pretty difficult time learning how to hire the correct companies for house projects. Trimen Landscape was so helpful and professional. They took the time to lay out suggestions for our yard redesign and turned our completely messy yard into a beautiful area to spend time. Throughout our project I was constantly in contact with the team and they were so responsive and helpful every step of the way, even staying in contact on timing through a hurricane. Trimen did a wonderful job with my design and installation about a year and a half ago. My sprinkler system controller recently got damaged, but was still under warranty so I was sent a new one. Jordan just came out and installed the new system at no extra charge, which I really appreciated!

Trimen did a complete renovation of our yard both front and back after our pool was installed and we couldnt be happier. I used this company a second time and they were great again! They releveled my yard, got rid of the remains of a big stump, installed irrigation and sod. The work went very quickly and everyone was very professional and detailed. This is my second time hiring them and would highly recommend them! Trimen Landscape did an awesome job redoing my overgrown flower bed. I wanted plants to attract butterflies. Chris had some great ideas and they did great executing them. I will use them again if I need more landscaping done.

We had had a few other quotes for a complete landscaping overhaul, and they had all been a bit out of our price range, or seemed a bit shady. Chris from Time came by, on time and professional looking. Quickly took some measurements and sent me a mock up of what my yard would look like with an itemized estimate. Chris came back to oversee all the work which was completed in two days. This included irrigation, removing the old overgrown landscaping, and installing like 200 plants. Amazing work, can not say anything bad about the service at all!

Trimen did an excellent job with our landscaping

Do not use this service! They are way too expensive! They have poor quality of service and all they really care about is getting your money. We are extremely displeased with their service. They designed and installed a plant bed in our backyard behind our pool enclosure. They didn t properly till the grassroots when creating the plant bed. They also didn t lay a barrier down in the plant bed before installing the plants and mulch. Within 2 weeks grass was growing wildly in our plant bed (as you can clearly see in the pictures). When I questioned them about it, they stated that it was because we didn t use stone. They didn t even give us the option to choose whether we wanted a barrier or not! They also installed aluminum edging around the backyard landscaping, which done very poorly might I add. They kept missing areas where edging was supposed to be installed. In order for the work to finally be completed, they nickel & dimed us for additional funds to finish the edging portion of the project. At the end of the day, the whole entire process was a rush. They badgered us incessantly until we finally agreed to go forth with the process. Once money was in hand, the attention to detail and quality of work went completely out of the window! I urge anyone out there that is considering this company, to please save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere. They operate like a commercial landscape design business and treat all potential residential customers like they are unimportant once they get your money. The initial pitch had the tone of a snake-oil salesman. It was my fault for even doing business with them. Do not make the same mistake.

Company has zero respect for neighbors of its customers. They block streets and driveways all day. Even after being asked to not block access they continue to not care. No one should use a company that has so much blatant disrespect. You continue to block the drive way. On the opposite side of the street is not enough room to be able to get a vehicle in and out of a driveway. Why continue to block the drive way every other day after asking not to block. There is plenty of space 10 yards back where no one s drive way would be blocked but the crew chooses to be disrespectful by intentionally parking in the same spot.

I contacted Trimen after I had trouble getting anything to take in a bed in our yard. They were extremely helpful in selecting and installing the right plants that were appropriate for the amount of shade. They were responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Trimen recently designed and installed landscaping in our front and side yards and we are very happy with the way it turned out! The design is just what we were looking for and the trees and plants are all healthy and beautiful. We hired our own landscaping Architect to design our project. Chris and Jordan were very sweet and kind in the beginning until they were paid... then everything went down hill! We spent 10k for our landscaping from Trimen, and from the beginning we started with issues. The quality of plants were not good to begin with. They planted many of our plants above the soil line. They also planted many of our plants w air pockets. They never had a chance to survive! Plus on top of that they damaged and hit one of our underground pool lines... which my pool guy had to fix for Jordan!! We complained from the beginning. Chris and Jordan have been promising to email me a proposal to fix everything the first time within 2 weeks, and never received. The second promise 2 weeks ago again still nothing! We were within our 90 day warranty from when we complained, and they kept stating give it time they will come back... well they never had a chance and never came back.they replaced 7 plants only and still charged us for the plants that were brown when delivered. We even had Hillsborough County Extension office verify our plants never had a chance due to the way they were buried.Currently in mediation w this company!! Not worth the headache!! Company does not stand by their promise w customers! Very disappointed.

Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely responsive and flexible to our needs. Our backyard now looks like a mini oasis and we ve received many compliments. In looking for a landscaper, we had a few different quotes all within the same price range, the difference with Trimen was the value, his plan included 2-3 times as many plants as the others for the same price and they only use top graded plants. The job they did looks amazing and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend their service.

Dishonest Company That Scams Money From Hardworking People. Consumer Beware: please read through the contract because I wish I had. I ve spent $1900+ dollars and I m left with a ruined landscape and damaged property. I hired Trimen Lawn and Landscape to redo landscaping and install bushes, and small flowers on my front lawn. The contract HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that you have an irrigation system to properly maintain the plants that they install. I spent $300 to properly install the sprinkler systems needed to guarantee healthy plant life. These professionals then proceeded to completely SHRED the brand new irrigation system in my yard. They planted a lovely landscape over all the piping and sprinkler heads that they DAMAGED underneath. As soon as the sprinkler system turns on the yard turns into a muddy puddled mess. I called them to let them know that the pipes were damaged by their company and they only wanted to charge me MORE money to fix what they had damaged. They stated that they weren t liable for underground property damage, but would happily charge me to repair the irrigation system that they destroyed. ANY PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPING COMPANY SHOULD KNOW HOW TO INSTALL PLANTS IN A YARD THAT HAS A SPRINKLER SYSTEM. PERIOD. Furthermore, if there appears to be any issue the client should be informed that the job cannot be completed properly before taking the customers money. The job cost $1600 and now they want to charge me EVEN MORE money? This is horribly dishonest. I now have to remove everything they planted ($1600 down the drain) to find and fix the shards of broken pipes that they ve left behind. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND A COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. This company does a sloppy job stay away.

Extremely disrespectful. They cut lawns at 7 am despite repeated requests to cut after 8. People sleep around here. I wouldnt hire them it it was free. They can go to hell.

Called for a free estimate on a Tuesday and they came out same day and spent an hour at my home to give me a quote on site instead of 24-48 hours later like most companies. Work was done and completed by Friday evening. Chris and whole company personnel are very professional and friendly.

Trimen Lawn Care are very professional, communicate well, and have amazing reviews; these are the reasons I chose to hire Trimen 6 weeks ago. The first service provided was amazing and I thought I finally found a gem. Unfortunately I was wrong, the last few weeks Trimen showed their true colors and became evident that they only have fantastic marketing talents. My home went 3 weeks without being serviced, to the point my HOA issued a letter. I emailed Trimen in hopes of getting my lawn serviced ASAP, Chris Bell replied with the date June 4th (3 days out). The Afternoon of June 4th arrived and lawn was at it s all time high, I contacted Chris again and he replied yes sir, we are on our way . The grass was then finally cut, however the joke was on me.....I came home to a lawn that looks like it was serviced by a mad man with a machete. Lawn was all chopped up, high spots and low spots. A true eye sore in our neighborhood. I immediately filed a complaint and Jordan was sent to blend the mess best he could. Shortly after Jordan rang my doorbell to explain to me someone new did the poor job and Trimen will no longer fulfill its contract due to distance. Clearly Trimen frowns upon call backs for less than average results.

The Trimen team are consummate professionals! They did an exceptional job developing a butterfly garden that immiately attracted Monarch Butterflies. They expertly designed and installed an island on the other side of my property that presents an immediate beautiful first impression of the back of my property with lovely flowers, bushes and large and small decorative stones and rocks. They definatelity enhanced my property value with curb appeal.

Chris and the guys are great. Ive had many lawn care companies and Trimen tops them all. The guys are spot on with their scheduling, meaning they come every week on their scheduled day, and if something comes up that they cant make it they are awesome with communicating that. I really appreciate that I dont have to constantly call to find out when I will get my lawn cut next. The team is also great about taking care of my landscape beds (trimming, weeding, etc,) and if theres a problem, they let me know if certain plants need extra attention or need to be replaced. Their cost is competitive (not the highest, not the lowest) but the amount of care they put into my yard, they are definitely worth it!

Our Bristol Green Homeowners Association hired Trimen Precision Lawn Care about 6 months ago to maintain the two entrances to our community. As president of the HOA, Im very pleased with their performance to date. Our entrances now look significantly better than they did when they were being maintained by the previous contractor. I originally emailed them, Chris responded to me and requested address and phone number...btw I attached a picture of my property and requested a quote. After his request I sent him the information and did not hear back so I called them the following day. Was told they ll contact me but they never did. My yard always looks great! My neighbors have noticed and now several also use the boys. You will not find kinder, more hard working, and respectful gentlemen anywhere!

They started off well, after a few cuts they forgot all about the contract. Weeds took over, no definition around the flower beds, no weed spraying, no edging or trimming. The cuts were choppy, there were mower tire ruts in the yard. We called Chris and he said, no refunds were permitted. He then said they would take care of it. See images attached this was the day they took care of the property. I would never recommend their services to anyone EVER! Ive been a loyal paying customer for some time now, and after many attempts to rectify this situation, we decided to cancel their services.. Their service reflects quantity before quality. All thumbs down..

Great service , always detail oriented. I ve been with Trimen for 3+ years & can tell you their focus is about quality & commitment. I am personally pleased with the way they trim the trees/bushes & take care of all the weeds. One time I had asked if they could assist me w removing a tree in my backyard; these guys go over and beyond , and I couldn t recommend a better service.

My mother-in-law has used your service for a few years. Recently your rate increase of upwards of 80% for a 55+ manufactured home lot where about 1/3 of the yard is covered in rock is outrageous, to say the least. Fortunately the residents are complaining to the Clubhouse, and more importantly, my mother-in-law has all of her kids close by and won t be forced into having to accept such an undeserved & unjustified increase. Hopefully, the other residents will do their due dilligence and shop other companies that will not take advantage of what some may see as a community with an older population that may think they have no other options.

We took a chance on Trimen. I have dragged my feet on hiring a lawn service company. I am so THRILLED with the work these guys did. We use them for lawn care but they also coordinated irrigation,did installation and curbing. I am a customer for life!!! Thanks guys for everything!

Professional, Timely and Excellent value for the price. I have had several lawn care services throughout the years and none comes close to the level of quality of work. If for some reason they are unable to service the lawn, which was only twice because of bad weather, they called to informed me and were out when the weather was clear. I would recommend them to anyone too lazy to service their own yard. These guys will have my business for a long time.

I started using Trimen about three months ago. To date I have had no problems and/or complaints with their work. As for customer service, because of my work schedule, I greatly appreciate the their willingness to communicate via e-mail.

Triman has given fabulous service with awesome prices. They check in with me regularly to ask that I am pleased with their service and if they can do anything else for us. Best service Ive had by far for any type if work.
