Venters Bros Lawn Pros Lawn & Landscaping in Sedalia

We've been using Venters Brothers Landscape services for my heavy duty landscape needs since 2010. A Wonderfully well mannered, wickedly skilled team! (I shortened the rave review. Lol)

I do not like to leave negative reviews of businesses, but it seems like rudeness is a trend with this company. Like other reviews I called to ask if they do any work in my area and they abruptly just said NO and immediately hung up the phone on me. That must explain why they never responded to the contact request I submitted through their website as well. I cannot vouch for the quality of their work but my initial impression of this business is unfortunately bad enough I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Called to make an appointment for lawn service. We just moved here and we’re looking for someone to hire. When we called, they told us they had no more room for the entire year. (We called in April) They then hung up on us before we could ask any more questions. Was not impressed with their customer service.

Do not to listen any of the made up reviews on this page. This company is not proficient, timely, or professional. On 3 different occasions I have given them the benefit of the doubt, each time they have proven me wrong and it is usually accompanied with an attitude problem. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

Called 3 times never received an estimate for aeration and seeding.
