We had a great experience when JM Landscaping installed our new paver patios. Jay was very easy to communicate with, both in the initial quote and during changing plans. He was able to anticipate some issues I hadn't thought of, and provided us with a few good options for how to approach them. Their estimated timeline was quite fast, and they actually finished earlier than expected, even though we added in a couple items midway. Would definitely recommend Jay and his crew to others.

JM Landscaping installed 200 ft of fencing and a new retaining wall for us. Jay and his crew did a great job. They started soon after we signed the contract and the projected lasted about 7 work days. They are a small company, but came with a host of specialized equipment for the job. We really appreciated the daily meeting with Jay. We made sure we approved of the progress and he solicited our input on a few remaining details as the project progressed. The results were perfect. It is clear that Jay and his crew believe in customer satisfaction. We plan to hire them again this spring for additional projects.

J&M Landscaping was quick, responsive and transparent from start to finish. Their bid came in slightly under than another, and they were willing to do 2 extra little projects around the yard. They were gentle with our existing plants. Their work was clean, thorough and we were so pleased in the end. Jay is excellent with communication, and his team was hard working. We plan to hire J&M Landscaping again for another outdoor project.

I cannot stress enough how positive an experience this has been. We got a quote within two days and they started the work within a week. They were communicative and asked lots of questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, without being pushy or patronizing. They communicated any issues throughout, and send progress photos. I will be strongly recommending working with JM to anyone who will listen. So happy with this experience.

I was incredibly impressed working with JM Landscaping for every facet of my patio project I had completed a couple weeks ago. The owner, Jay, was always quick to respond by both text and calling. His quote was incredibly reasonable, and he was willing to be flexible in terms of adding smaller items to the project and was very upfront and honest on the price of each element. His crew of three were all easy to work with, communicative and hard working. They showed up on time each morning and worked incredibly hard for the entirety of the day. As with any project, little details and problems popped up and Jay was always quick with a call to talk out the options so I could make an informed decision. The materials used were of good quality and the installation looks fantastic! We have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and I can say that the organization and timing of material pickup, dirt disposal, etc. was all very well thought out and there was no wasted time during the course of the project. We were originally told the project would take 4-5 full days but ended up getting done in closer to 3.5 days even with our list of additional work which is always great to have your project done not only well but early. I also really appreciated how involved Jay was with the project, a lot of times you will see the owner at the beginning and end of the project, Jay was there every morning to make sure the plan was clear and everyone was on the same page which is always great to feel so assured of what is planned for each day. I cannot recommend Jay and his team highly enough and I would definitely hire them again for any future landscaping needs.
