Lawnstarter is a scam company that charged me additional hidden fees of $80+ not disclosed at the beginning. The lawn mowing was incomplete and they did not offer to fix the problem.
All went well for about a year and then this summer they started missing appointments and being late. I reached out serveral times to customers service and I would just get the same emails back and no one actually helped me. After a month and half of not getting my lawn mowed, LawnStarter decided to drop me as a customer stating they didn’t have any more professionals in my area. Mind you, I live in a suburban area 10 minutes away from a decent sized city. I complained several times about how unprofessional this all was and no one ever helped me. Now my grass is over a foot high and I’m scrambling to find someone new. Terrible customer service and terrible service overall. I’d give zero stars if I could.
I contacted LawnStarter to mow my mother’s yard. The first individual they sent never showed up. I called LawnStarter and they quickly sent another individual to do the work. Allison has done an outstanding job! She shows up on time, does everything that she is asked, and quickly performs the job.
Tristan has been a pleasure to deal with. He is easy to communicate with via the App. I am pleased with with the service received. Tristan does a great job mowing and edging my yard. Thank you, Tristan!
Provider has cancelled multiple times. Makes an appointment and never shows. Lots of broken promises. First 2 times was great then after that went downhill fast. Reached out to customer service and they assured me a date and time then provider did not show up again.
Edward did an amazing job on my front and back yards. Also l requested landscaping of my roses in my flower beds and it all looks so nice. Highly recommend their services!

Jose and his crew have done a great job keeping my lawn neatly mowed and low cut just the way I like it. They send a message so you know when the service is done. Excellent communication and a great job with mowing the grass including trimming and edging.
Very pleased with the mowing, trimming and blowing performed by Charles. I happended to be home at the time and had a few minutes to speak to Charles in regards to other projects (landscaping, mulching) he was very knowledgeable and offered up some good ideas.
Little disgruntled with the fact they collected all my banking information to tell me there is nothing available, and I receive daily notifications to open the app to accept work thats not there and I cant get the notification off my screen no matter how many times I open app, but hoping for a great working relationship come spring, my current complaints are with the app.
