Grasshopper Lawns Inc in Scranton

I really tried to have my lawn serviced by this company but every time we had a scheduled appointment the person would call me and cancel because “The Boss scheduled and last minute meeting so he had to cancel”. The first time he told me this excuse I was understanding and rescheduled for the next day. The next day came and he called with the same excuse that a “Snap Meeting” was scheduled and he could not honor our rescheduled appointment. This happened two days in row and I was asked to reschedule a third time and hope the boss didn’t plan another meeting. This company needs to prioritize customers and scheduled appointments with customers over internal meetings that probably could have been handled with an email. I requested a call back from the owner Mike to discuss this experience so I will see if I ever receive a call.

The Grasshopper Lawn radio commercial with that squeaky girlie (starting with too much hall reverb) is one of the most ear-splittingly annoying pieces of overplayed advertisements of all time. Your advertising budget was wasted. Just cut grass.
